The staff was very friendly and helpful my daughter accidentally left her favorite pillow and they were kind enough to mail it to us! The stay was very pleasant!

Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice little work out room as well as manicured indoor and hot tub. Continental breakfast was tasty and well worth it. Overall great stay!!

Quick one night stay. Hot tub was good. Front desk clerk was very curtious. Breakfast was delicious. Ample parking.

The breakfast was provided as part of the cost of the room which we appreciated, and the items provided were good: eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, various pastries, cereals, juices and self-made waffles. The only thing at breakfast that could have been improved was the quality of the coffee. Also, the room had a very strong disinfectant smell when we first entered it. But overall it was a great property for the price.

I like this place

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. Late at night, the bathroom exhaust vent in my room started producing an extremely loud mechanical humming noise. It wasn’t a normal ventilation sound—it was as loud as a vacuum cleaner or lawn mower, making it impossible to sleep. I contacted the front desk expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told there were no available rooms and that I should cancel the reservation myself through the booking platform and find another hotel on my own. Think about that for a moment. It was late at night. The room was unusable because of a maintenance issue, yet the hotel expected the guest to leave, search for another hotel, arrange transportation, and deal with the refund process alone. I wasn’t asking for anything extraordinary. I simply expected a quiet room—the most basic service a hotel is supposed to provide. What disappointed me even more was the lack of ownership. There was no meaningful attempt to solve the problem, no offer to coordinate with the booking platform, and no practical alternative. A hotel is more than a building. It’s a promise that travelers can rest after a long day. Unfortunately, tonight, this hotel failed to keep that promise. I hope management takes maintenance issues and guest experience more seriously in the future.

Great place for a family of 4. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, Fun little pool with great outdoor patio.

The hotel is only a few years old and has been well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of items for breakfast and a nice eating area. Hotel is located on the west edge of Wenatchee which was perfect for me since I was visiting friends in Leavenworth.
