Location The AC wasn't working properly

the breakfast was great and the staff was great and helpful It had a weird smell like old, the beds mattress was so hard and uncomfortable i thought it said it was remodel its not , people at 2am arguing in the parking lot and a car alarm going off in on and yet no one from the staff went and checked people running around mind you it was from 2am to 3am i got no sleep the first night

Well stocked breakfast - nice to see some fruit. Would stay again - esp for the mattress!

Our room was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We were only there for one night but it was great. I thought it was interesting how they had some parking around the building but also an underground garage that guests could use as well. The breakfast was more than I’ve seen other places too so that was a huge bonus.

I had an issue with the incorrect dates. Maggie, I believe, is her name was just so wonderful helping me get the dates corrected. I truly appreciate all of her time, patience, and help. She was truly amazing Thank you Everything was exceptional

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The place seemed clean. Over all everything was ok, only that most of the food was gone before 10.

We checked in very late in the evening. The front desk clerk was just as nice as can be. The maid that just happen to be on our floor was very helpful when I couldn't work the key card. The free breakfast was average, the in-room coffee was awful and no better at the free breakfast. The carpet was stained and you can hear every noise anyone made. The location was the selling point for us.

The room was ready and clean when we showed up around 5:00 pm. The pool area was okay, but did not have enough chairs. The whirlpool was not functioning. Check out was very easy.

1) Clean room---It wasn't that the room wasn't clean. It was just old looking, and the King mattress was almost unbearable. It sank in the middle. 2)Staff---Told the staff at the front desk might be a good idea to fix the lock on the restroom door, the facility nearest the breakfast room. He told me how to jiggle it to open it. Not the answer I expected to hear. Fix it, already so that the next person who locks it, and lock it easily, and easily unlock it when exiting. 3)Breakfast---There was not enough hot food being brought out by the kitchen, (eggs, sausage, potatoes) to meet the demands of the crowd. We didn't appreciate the wait and the kitchen help seemed unphased by the idea that people who were waiting may have been inconvenienced. When I told one of the people putting the food out that they were out of the above, she snippily told me, more's coming. 4)Air conditioning---It wasn't that the air wasn't cooling because it did fine in that department it was that the Hotel itself needed to be aired out. It smelled dank when entering the hotel. First impressions are lasting impressions, and we won't be back!
