Rm 304s door is coming off the hinges and difficult to open and is load. Air conditioner was not working very well.

Easy access to location Our room had a loud AC unit, toilet made noise all night and fridge had knocking noise.

I booked and paid for four of the eight rooms our family needed for a 5-day trip to include a funeral. The heat was terrible and air conditioners not working properly. Ice machines broken down . Breakfast was wonderful; staff very courteous. Rooms clean and maids do a lovely job. Big issue was pool gate and danger for young children; the back gate from pool opens from pool without key (normal) . But its a short sprint to a very very busy street. We were vigilant and caught our toddler before she made it to the street.. its a very short distance and kids can be very fast. But fencing should be installed in this short stretch. This would also hinder the neighborhood folks from invading the pool in the evenings and monopolizing all the chairs. Thank you for your consderation.

Also, the toilet seats were lower than ours at home, and uncomfortably low for both of us. I'm 6'1", she's 4'10", so if they were low for her ..... Also, low toilet seats are a problem for older individuals with stiff joints. Both I and my wife are older than 70, but we both have fluid joints from our PT programs - that was good. Otherwise we might have serious problems trying to use the toilets. Like the dark curtain and windows that opened to let in fresh air. Don't let efficiency advocates talk you out of those to save a few pennies or to champion your green bona fides! And I am a big advocate for green practices, even those that require some effort or accomodation.

Staff was not welcoming, we passed by a few of the cleaners and said good morning and or excuse me and most of them looked at us head to toe with an awful face. The older man in the front desk was very rude and disrespectful about us wanting to have our service dog. He went on about needing to. Hire extra people to clean and vacuum if he was there. Never gave us the opportunity to let him know we had spoken to a lovely lady whom had called the room about the service dog and the process documents needed. The older man ended up charging and additional $100 on my card and told my husband he would be charging an additional $250 without consent!

Early checkin Stayed several times in 3 different rooms and always had no functioning ac. Room was extremely hot. I had better ac at motel 6 Biscuits in breakfast were dry and not warmed up

carpet was not cleaned for long time, just vacuumed. It was sticky on barefoot.
