Very good

The staff is friendly and the value and location is good There was a bad odor throughout the lobby, the pool area wasnt very clean, and the bed was horrible. A new mattress was definitely needed.

Superb

Easy to check in and check out. Overall, an average room with great air conditioning although the air conditioner was extremely LOUD. I can easily deal with a little bit of "white noise" but this was super LOUD which made it difficult to sleep through. Also, I called to see if there was a possibility to check in a bit earlier--I was told there was a room available for early check-in but I would be charged an additional $25. I was only asking for an hour earlier and I was told it would still cost an additional $25. I look at this as an example of poor guest relations. If you have a room available, why charge your guest an additional fee? I can understand if there was no room readily available and there would be a rush to clean--but this was not the case.

You get what you pay for.

Basic, older hotel. Photos better than actual facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Grounds need to be maintained better. Convenient to the 10 freeway and very close to IKEA.

Immediately pulling into the property I could see this was not going to be a 3 star hotel as promised. Foot high overgrown and weeds, torn up American flag on the pole, and where a sign would have been on the building in its better years, now only a painted wooden board to cover the remnants. A vinyl sign stretched across pvc pipe along the street.. (yes like your kids youth soccer team) was attached to the metal skeleton of the former sign of the major chain that punched out when the deferred maintenance stacked up too high. all that deferred maintenance made it even worse as I pressed on. The carpet in the halls had large patches cut out and missing, and the carpet that remained smelled so bad I had to hold my nose, this was likely compounded by the musty heat as they have given up cooling them. Entering the room, the stench let up some, but the air conditioning would not allow temp to get below 73, on cool and thermostat at 70, 67, didn’t matter. Management didn’t care. At midnight they delivered a box fan after numerous calls to the desk. My son and I were covered in sweat. Door to the bathroom was covered in patched holes where something violent had clearly taken place. Furniture scarred and nasty. Tried cleaning the brown goo off the buttons of the remote and loads came off staining the washcloth brown. Found red bites in multiple places on my body by second night. Spend more on a true 3 star hotel, avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned, stay safe y’all.

Definitely a great stay for the price! The hotel was a little bit older, could use some maintenance. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Super great location close to everything.

Easy accessing quiet

Staff was nice. Room was clean, parking was free for me and a second car, no permit required. called for service tech because I though something was wrong with the AC, and he arrived within minutes. User error.. Spacious room. No Ice machine on my floor and lobby was very warm. Didn't complain to anyone as these are not deal breakers.
