Staff was great, friendly, nice, and helpful. Room was clean and big. The outside of the property and parking lot could be cleaned a bit. Breakfast was great,

The hot rub room was actually very dark even with all the lights put on. The bed was really stiff and not very comfortable. It was decent but I wouldn't book there again.

The breakfast was awesome and fast. Good place for a family to book. The hotel AC was horrible room was hot. Took way to long to cool down. Only one room key worked and at that only worked once. After that the room keys wouldn't work. Front desk said it's normal. Irritating .

This is the most raggedy $200 hotel room I have ever stayed in. We had booked a non smoking room due to me having asthma and being sensitive to cigarette smoke, but when we got there they told us they only had one jacuzzi tub room left and it was a smoking room. There was mold in the grout in the shower, the water in the shower didn’t get past luke warm, hair stuck in the jacuzzi tub drain, and the jacuzzi tub also had cracks and needed to be re-glazed. There were many holes in the wall that were just spackled over, but not repainted so it looked really janky. The toilet looked like it was built in an old shower and had a see thru glass door that didn’t close all the way or lock. Also the latch to keep anyone from coming in your room was removed off the door. We made the best of it, and the jacuzzi tub was as pretty relaxing after I disinfected it a couple times before getting in. The biggest complaint I had was when we went to check out the next day and speak to the manager (apparently there wasn’t one there when we got there at 6pm, nor overnight). He told us his name was “Mike” but I don’t believe that was his real name. I told him the water in the shower didn’t get hot and he said that’s because only the jacuzzi tubs get hot in the rooms. I also told him my leg got scraped due to the raised cracks on the tub and he simply replied, “Ok, and? What do you want me to do about it? He didn’t seem to offer an apology or explanation or say they would fix the issues at all.

Great staff, safe location, clean rooms It was a comfortable stay could use some updating but overall was a good stay will return when visiting the area

Although this wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, the room was not the cleanest. There was a wet spot in our carpet upon arriving, the shower/tub had what looked like crusted soap grime at the bottom and the toilet paper roll was half used. Other than the cleanliness, or lack of, I found that the young girl at the front desk was very helpful and had provided great customer service. The breakfast in the morning was such a great amenity as well.

The lobby was not open when I got there at 2:45. I rang the bell as the instructions told me too. I rang it four or five times. Then I had to find the phone number and call the hotel so that someone could let me in to check in. The pet policy says no dogs over 40 pounds. Luckily my dog was not that big. I know I was put into an animal which I understand because I have a pet. The bottom of the bathroom doors were so scratched up that you could see the wood or fake wood behind it. The couch your chair was so stained. I didn’t wanna put my stuff in it there’s no closet doors. The air conditioner was missing some part on the side while it did work. It looked like it was from the 1980s. The staff was very hard to find you couldn’t get into the lobby even in the morning to check out, I couldn’t get back into the lobby when I needed to find the ice machine. It was just very inconvenient and not the easiest place to understand. I would recommend going somewhere else. There is one next-door that’s like five star or something I would stay there the best thing about that hotel was the location to I 10.
