The lobby was not open when I got there at 2:45. I rang the bell as the instructions told me too. I rang it four or five times. Then I had to find the phone number and call the hotel so that someone could let me in to check in. The pet policy says no dogs over 40 pounds. Luckily my dog was not that big. I know I was put into an animal which I understand because I have a pet. The bottom of the bathroom doors were so scratched up that you could see the wood or fake wood behind it. The couch your chair was so stained. I didn’t wanna put my stuff in it there’s no closet doors. The air conditioner was missing some part on the side while it did work. It looked like it was from the 1980s. The staff was very hard to find you couldn’t get into the lobby even in the morning to check out, I couldn’t get back into the lobby when I needed to find the ice machine. It was just very inconvenient and not the easiest place to understand. I would recommend going somewhere else. There is one next-door that’s like five star or something I would stay there the best thing about that hotel was the location to I 10.

The exterior of the property didn’t look well-mainted, but especially the parking lot. But, to our surprise, the inside of the hotel was very clean and mostly updated. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and updated. There’s a small kitchenette area near the entry with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The bed and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The carpet was clean, and the room smelled fresh. We slept well. The breakfast was continental. But everything was fresh, and the area was clean. The only downside was the parking lot. It’s neglected and confusing. However, for the price, I got what I paid for and would stay here again.

Quiet and safe. The tub was slippery and had to put a towel not to slip and fall

Spacious and clean

The staff had the front door locked everytime we arrived even in the middle of the day. The breakfast was just a step above a continental breakfast. The staff and guest were in a yelling match in the parking lot for over and hour.

I booked a stay at this hotel online on Friday. When I went to extend my reservation for Saturday and Sunday, the staff asked me to pay directly rather than booking through the website again. As a result, I was charged twice for a single day. When I asked a staff member to look into the issue, she told me that I had cancelled my Friday reservation on Saturday—are you kidding me? I actually stayed there on Friday, so why on earth would I cancel it? I will never stay at this hotel again; they charged me for four days when I only stayed for three.
-
Breakfast was good Do not book the room overlooking the freeway. Too much noise. They put me in a better room.

Clean and good spa
