I booked the stay based on good breakfast comments. Checked in Saturday and was informed that the asst manager had decided not to restock milk, eggs, fruit, and other items from the kitchen until Monday. Poor desk clerk had to face the complaints and said she wasn’t authorized to purchase items required. Management needs to be dinged for not authorizing staff.

It was an okay hotel. It was clean. Staff was nice. The bed was not great. I usually don't get a back ache, but the bed killed my back. The breakfast was okay. There was not a good variety; however, it is always nice when a hotel offers food with your stay. I will say the hotel is so close to so many restaurants! That was a plus.

The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection was nice. Our TV did not work. When we tried to reach someone at the front desk (between 9:30 and 10:00 pm - 5x) - no one answered. We were already dressed for bed and we didn't want to dress to go downstairs looking for some help with the TV. It might have just needed new batteries. Not sure. Frustrating though.

My only complaint is the shower doesn’t drain well, so you’re standing in your own soapy water.

Stuff is in need of repair in room screws are falling off or not very secure.

The only issue we had was not being able to check in at 4. We had to wait an hour to finally get in our room. We were not very happy about that.

I enjoyed the staffs help. I was able to check in early when I arrived. I wish the pool would have been opened earlier than 9 AM but we survived the swim fast to check out by 11

Parking was top notch. Private areas due to foliage. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had excellent options. Laundry was awesome as well
