Very nice. The staff was exceptional.

Parking was top notch. Private areas due to foliage. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had excellent options. Laundry was awesome as well

Had difficulty asking housekeeping for a roll of toilet paper. She did not understand english. They only supplied the bathroom with a roll and a half. Also, kleenex was out.

Awesome stay

All on all, everything was fine. Vending machines? Couldn't find, but didn't ask. Did ask about the ice macine, and found it. The vent in the bathroom needed cleaning. The towels were abrasive. Was charged $50.00 more than Expedia quote, but front desk said it would be reimbursed.

The ac made horrible noise and kept us up all night

Room, staff and continental breakfast were great! Only downside was no hot tub!

Awesome hotel

Is clean every time I stay here. We've stayed here 3 different times. Beds were really hard this time, didn’t get much rest cause of it. Breakfast in the past has been way better, but the elderly gentleman with the white hair and glasses made it better. He was very sweet and helpful. Variety was not much and the dinning tables room stayed dirty after other guests were gone. Oh and the shower is not it, had a hard time actually shampooing my hair cause the stream felt like a sprinkler.

Clean room, accommodating staff & very good continental breakfast!

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the girl at the dust didn't know what she was doing, they put over 25 teenage volleyball girls in our surrounding rooms and it was noise and laughter and banging all night long. Our shade in our room was automatic electric, and broken. It couldn't be raised or lowered, and the staff knew about it and still gave us that room.

We stay at this hotel often because they always meet our needs with a pool for the kids, easy access to everything and the breakfast is always great. Check in is always quick and easy and the staff are always accommodating

Clean nice place big rooms!!

The room was so clean as was all the linen This is not on you! We live 20 miles out of town in Laramie wyo…and I am just not use to the traffic….ever thought about moving into a more remote location…
