LivAway Suites SLC- West Jordan

We had a 911 emergency and the staff calmly contacted them and called me when they pulled up. They were very calm and helpful. The only thing not available was Kleenex. Otherwise it is a clean suite with all the needed basics. Great stay.

We stayed at the LivAway suites for two nights. One night because we came into car troubles and needed a place to stay. The second night to attend a concert at the Amphitheatre. This location is perfect if you plan to attend a concert there. It took us 15 minutes to get there. The shopping centre is perfect if you need any last minute things for your trip. We also used the laundry room it was very clean and I felt safe leaving my belongings there to relax in my room. I really loved my stay here. I will be staying here again next week.

Room was excellent staff were friendly helpful and professional had a little trouble with the tv but other than that no complaints 🤘🤘💯💯

Only complaint was that the AC didn’t work but first world problems.

The room was clean. But it’s very noisy and echoey. Can hear everybody in the hall and everybody around you and above you. Could hear other people‘s water running. The kitchens do not have coffee pots in them. They did offer coffee in the lobby.

Love that it was brand new, everything was locked and needed a key card to access, it was in the middle of no where, but the dishes and the floor were left super dirty, laundry was $8 not including the detergent and everything seemed super rushed but I enjoyed my little stay (:

it was clean and tidy. employees are basically friendly, some more then others, as usual with people. its all vinyl flooring and NO ONE, NOT EVEN THE EMPLOYEES know how to close a door quietly. All night long room doors are slamming and they just echo all down the hallway cause its all tile. Also who has a kitchenette but doesn't provide any way to heat anything. Yes there is a sign in the BATHROOM that says you can buy equipment, that should be in the description on the web pages, not a hidden note in the bathroom!

This is not a regular hotel. This is an extended stay that provides no or insufficient in-room amenities. No hair dryer. Full kitchen but no dishes, cooking pans, etc. Thin bed cover for a blanket. Had to go to desk to get some. No coffee in room and that sucked. The beds were very uncomfortable. We could hear people stomping upstairs, toilets flushing, slamming doors, etc. Bathroom had one small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. There were 2 towels in a room with 2 beds so they should assume there will be at least 2 people. Advertising for this property should be updated with that specific information to make sure people know to bring their own. Won't be returning.
