Excelente soporte del personal en el lobby.

. It looked nice but was cheap building and low end products. Basically a motel 8 with new paint and 3 times the price It looked nice but the cleanliness was not great. There was gross bloody buggers on our ceiling from previous guests. The amenities were subpar

It was about what we expected. Staff was new but they were very nice. I had to check out a hair dryer from the front desk as they don’t have them in the room. They have dishwasher but no plates or cups. Strange.

It was good, tidy. Helpful staff very generous.

Great location, lots of parking, vending machines, self check in, & super air conditioning! Sheets on beds fall off very easy & housekeeping knocked on my door at 930am asking when I was leaving when posted checkout time is 11am. After being out until 1am & wanting a slow morning, that was unpleasant.

Only stayed one night but had a clean room, helpful staff, and nice location. Nice cool room on a 90° day.

People weren’t picking up their dog poop, so there was poop on sidewalk, etc. noisy could hear everything through the walls. Won’t be going back to this one!

A good basic hotel room. The staff member at the desk was very friendly. They do have a kiosk option for check in. Our room was spacious and clean. The hard floors were nice. The beds were decently comfortable. The only complaint we had was the blinds instead of blackout curtains. The light came in pretty early. Check in was listed at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready. We did have to wait about 10 minutes until it was ready. We had also reserved a king room but were given a double queen room instead. We were only there 1 night so we didn’t complain. We would stay again. It was close to lots of food and shopping options.

The location was good My room was not clean the garbage was not emptied the bath tub had dust and hair on the corner of the tub we had to go ask for towels to shower and I told the guy at front desk about how it was dirty and they did nothing about it

No breakfast offered that I could see when I left. The bed was really short to the ground. Never been a big IKEA style bed person. It wasn't the worst Ive slept in but did sleep well.

This place needs a better management dirty rooms not enough towels no shampoo no bar soap the beds are dirty and low quality I totally not recommend this property unless you’re a careless person go right ahead
-
kitchenette, spacious bathroom, great price keys didn't work upon check-in (but resolved thanks to concierge), bed had broken springs
-
Rooms are okay . No coffee doesn't work for us as we leave early. No sleep as there was a party 2 doors down from us all night into the morning.
-
Not much to complain about but one con would be the workout room was hot. There was a cover on the temp control so it said it was 74 degrees while we were working out. Also no rags or spray to wipe the equipment down after the workout but it was still a nice little workout room.

We had a great stay, clean and in a convenient area.

I stay at this location when I’m in town. The price is a lot lower than anything st Jordan landing. It’s great for 1-3 weeks. Staff are great and is always clean. For a longer term stay place very quite compared to others in midvale and Sandy.

I arrived after traveling at 6, so I knew my room would be ready, for their check in time is 3. When I arrived I was told there that my room wasn’t ready because it wasn’t clean yet, and they had no other rooms available and I didn’t have a space to get ready for my event I was there for. They told me they would call me when I could enter my room. No phone call. No email to tell me that I should find somewhere else to stay beforehand. All other hotels around were booked out. I had to get ready in a gas station bathroom. I finally got a call at 8:02 pm that my room was ready. When I got back to the hotel, their front desk was closed and I could not check in, they never let me know my room number didn’t give me keys. Their self check in gave me 2 blank cards. After blasting the 24/7 help line they have for 10 minutes straight, someone came to help get keys. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I had planned to put my food for the night in the fridge, instead it got gross because it was living in a car, so I had to throw away my dinner. They are called livaway because you’re going to be away from the hotel the entire time you want to be inside. RIP to my chicken bake.
