Residence Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City-West Jordan

Instead of having the ability to pay a little extra for a later check out like most other hotels offer, we had to pay for an additional nights stay. Recommending to the hotel management… in order to be more customer centric a late check out option should be available based on room availability and not membership. You’ll find most people will pay a bit extra for this option.

My room was immaculate and very well maintained as were the hallways, public areas and grounds. The breakfast area was clean and well organized and the food was all fresh. I was traveling on business and incredibly busy during the days. It was a balm to come back to the hotel which was quiet and relaxing. They also welcomed my dogs and they have a nicely maintained area for pets complete with bags. And they allow pets to stay in the room while I'm away for a bit or when I go to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to business and vacational travelers alike.

Upon checking in I was greeted by nice, friendly and professional staff. My room was clean the temp was cool which was nice since it was so hot outside. Love staying here. The only issue I have is that the breakfast is from 7:00-9:00. I wish they served breakfast till 10:00. I want to relax and not wake up early to eat.

Location for us was great. Room had everything we needed to do two birthdays and two graduations.

The front desk was very friendly. We were only there for one night, so we didn't use the hot tub or anything. It is 15 minutes to the new stadium of the Salt Lake Bees so for us it was the perfect location. The breakfast was meh...

The team was phenomenal, so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice to our children. The breakfast buffet is well put together with the several options to put together The flood light pointing at the windows!!! Why?! You fant sleep at night!!! The smell, the heat, the old features like the door lock screws are stripped and on other thing the screws are loose and old. The sinks cover doesn't allow proper drainage. The hallways were absolutely uncomfortable hot and muggy!!! The hallway by the pool has mildew and takes your breath away!!! There should be a designated smoker area not just smoking pools laying the property with kids near by.
