Hotel property and room was very clean. Check-in was fast and easy. The location is convent to shopping and restaurants. I gave the amenities 3 starts because there was no pool, hot tub or outdoor seating area, but the in-room kitchen was great, and the hotel suited our needs.

This place is absolutely incredible, truly better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, including the major resorts in Las Vegas. The entire property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels far more luxurious than you’d expect. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the kind you sink into and never want to get out of. If you ever have the chance to stay here, do it. You will not regret it, and I genuinely mean that.

Nice and clean

I love the fridge in every room. Ice maker in the freezer in your room. Nice fluffy pillows. Beds are a little hard but everything else is good

Thought this was a great deal and good hotel, until I checked out the next day and found out the sheets actually hadnt been changed. I never sleep under the flat sheet, just a blanket so unfortunately didnt find out until the next day. As a former housekeeper I always strip the room as a courtesy, and upon doing such found the bed I had slept in had a 6+ inch long black hair across the sheets. I brought it up to the front desk and she was very uncaring, but made note that NONE of the people in my room had black hair. My hair was blonde and my two friends were light brown. They claimed something would be done and denied even a partial refund. Absolutely will not stay here again and will make sure no one I know does either.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, excellent location close to the concert venue.

There was a super strong cinnamon cleaner scent in the front when checking in, it went through the whole building. It caused me a migraine.. but it was a good room, easy to get to places. Would stay here again.
