Every thing was very good

We liked almost everything. The beds are not comfortable. My husband and I both woke up with back aches.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, excellent location close to the concert venue.

There was a super strong cinnamon cleaner scent in the front when checking in, it went through the whole building. It caused me a migraine.. but it was a good room, easy to get to places. Would stay here again.

Liked that the staff was very helpful and kept us very happy The toilet in our room wasn't flushing for sometime and we found out that someone turned off the water to it. The lady at the front desk had realized it and turned it on for us.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The accessible room accommodated my wheelchair bound mom really well. Loved that it was pet friendly. We would stay here again.

Room was clean, the area was nice. However they charged extra for the room when they showed me one price, then changed it and took the deposit even though I left the room as it was mostly with the exception of just a bit of trash in the correct receptacle.
