We had requested a specific room and were told it would be held for us, but when we arrived, it was not available and we were told it was still dirty. Further, the receptionist told us there was no note that that room was even requested for being held for us. As we were checking in The person ahead of us had a cigarette, and the staff did not even ask them to not smoke. We got to the room which was supposed to be a suite. There was a kitchenette, but no utensils glasses pots or pans or any way to use it. We were later told that they don’t provide them because they get stolen and we have to request it at the front desk. After the first night and not feeling that it was quite what we had hoped for or expecting, we asked if we could cancel the rest of our stay. They would not allow it. All in all, a low budget feel and disappointing stay.

I have no complaints about my 6 nights stay at My Place. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with real pillows and not the flat useless pillows at most hotels. Staff was helpful and pleasant, parking right outside the door and kitchen helpful but not used except for refrigerator. Clean and quiet is what matters to me and I got both at this hotel. Thanks!

Very clean and it was very easy to check in and the staff was very helpful. We had our dog with us and all we paid was 20 dog fee. They had an area for dog to do its business.
