Fireside Inn & Suites West Lebanon

So, I'll say that my stay was well worth the money. The room was clean, and I have no complaints about the staff as the lady at the counter was welcoming and respectful. My one gripe would have to be the AC unit which worked continuously, which I was happy about. The one issue I had with it was my inability to adjust the temperature setting, but who knows - that could have been on me. The fireplace was lovely and it added a comforting touch to the room. All in all, this is certainly a place to consider when in the area.

I will stay here again. Btw pool was excellent. Couldn’t get in hot tub as traveling roller derby ladies were in the tub. They were drinking’coffee’ and were very boisterous.

Excellent location, easy parking, friendly staff: all round winner.

Room was very quiet. The breakfast was sufficient. Don’t often get biscuits and gravel as an option. Lots of close in parking.

Truly magical

There is some renovation, but nothing to inconvenience you. Beautiful Inn, nice dining area, pool, hot tub and exeercise facility. Very friendly staff. Great continental breakfast included. Close proximity to everything.

pool was nice whirlpool was better. wish you could control your own heat, Shower did not work right.

Check-in, Bar was nice, coffee in the room & breakfast setup was good Location of the room overlooked the pool which was noisy in the evening. Plus children screaming until 11:30 PM was aggravating.

Room fine but toilets don’t flush well , you can hear everything from room next door .

Breakfast was great! Loved the open concept eating area and open ceiling. Nice common area. The pictures online showed no carpet on the floor in the bedrooms and there was carpet in my room. I just prefer a cleanable floor so I liked that when I booked, but then they must not have upgraded all rooms. :)

The property had excellent amenities. A pool and spa, laundry, and an excellent restaurant. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room could use a good cleaning, specially the window sills and the bathroom. Also the room had deferred maintenance issues. All that being said, it was a good value for the money and I would stay there again.

Breakfast was lovely. All staff great. Pool was deeper than expected, could actually swim. Awesome location!

Clean and comfortable room, pool area was excellent. We stayed one night during nearby Quechee Balloon Festival so were barely there, arrived at 8pm, went straight to bed as were up at dawn the next day for the morning ascent..Due to.balloon launch delay we missed breakfast, came back at 10am.to pack up our room and use the pool area. It did the job for what we needed. My children loved the water feature with fish and turtles in the main area. The room.was a little tired and outdated, particularly the bathroom. There was noise from.next door, but we had an interconnecting door in our room so those without might be more soundproof. Price waa high for what it was, but in line with others for that weekemd given nearby festival..

The room was clean. There was some mold in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was poorly maintained. No butter, no French toast sticks,no orange juice. When we asked the staff about replenishing it they kind of just shrugged. Eventually the food came out. I was satisfied with the room except for the bathroom mold.

The room was not the best. Bathroom could have been cleaner & the toilet wasn’t flushing right . The breakfast buffet very disappointing; eggs watery, sausages rock hard like they been sitting too long At 730am. Very disgusting. Not impressed
