Front desk very helpful and friendly

We were there for only 1 night. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Good breakfast.

The reception area had a funky smell when we arrived. The carpeting etc. in the hallways needs updating, walls need painting. I would not even bother to leave a negative review about that, however, but the room was not up to anyone's standards for clean. They did a decent job in the bathroom area but that is about it. I thought maybe they were short-staffed but there were staff members all over the place. I have to believe that no one is checking the cleanliness of the rooms. Every surface was dirty - and not jut a little dust but like it hasn't been wiped down in months. The interior door of the microwave was full of food splatter. The bed covers had little hairs on them. The heater / ac unit was so filthy I tried to wipe it down and the washcloth came up black in spots. I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefoot. Seriously, I think management I just not checking and the staff is skipping it all.

Hotel itself was a little worn, but the staff was excellent.

Very clean hotel and clean comfortable room. Quite and relaxing, just what I needed after a marathon. Thank you for the runners early breakfast setup. Location was good not too far from destinations of interest. Nice staff. Coffee was always excellent! I have nothing to complain about my stay was satisfactory.

Everything looked fine, we checked in late at night. We found a dirty sock in the bed that I stayed in and the rug was not vacuumed properly found some crumbs on the floor

The property was older, but in general clean. Though the bathroom sink still had hair from someone shaving around the faucet handle and trash under the sink which made me think it had not been vacuumed. The person at front desk was not particularly friendly when I arrived at night. For the price, I would have expected more.

Noisy with traffic. Smelled like e-cigarettes in the halls and public areas. Shower needs some upgrades.

Walls are thin. Could here next room TV and phone conversation. Difficulties sleeping with too much noise.

We left a jacket in the room. We called to ask if it was in there and they said they would check and call back. They called back and said it was gone. It was a nice jacket. Where are the honest people in this world? Be careful staying here: can’t trust the workers. Also… they don’t salt or plow the driveway, walkways or parking lot.

I find it very hard to leave stars for this place since 5 stars tend to equate to super high end places or exceptional hotels. This was a Comfort Inn so you know what to expect and it met expectations.
