Not fancy but comfortable

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The Wi-Fi constantly cut in and out, making it unreliable. The room did not feel clean—there was hair in both the sink and the bathtub, and the toilet paper had brown stains on it. The room also had a strange odor, and the entire property is old, run down, and in need of updates. Overall, it felt dirty and uncomfortable.

This place was marginally clean but it's really one of the cheapest places in the area. It's unfortunate that it doesn't match the pictures. The toilet wouldn't flush and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so that was a challenge as well.

They should definitely take better care of the property.

room had a very odd smell, a thick layer of dust covered all trim, windows didn't have a working lock just a 1x2 to keep it shut, door had gaps near the floor. beds were fine. place is old and in need of updating

the place was a dump. It was filthy and I am not that fussy. Pay double and go somewhere else.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is extremely run down and the rooms are covered in mold, stains and exposed nails. I had to sign a waiver saying I wouldn’t smoke in the room and if I did it was a $250 charge. When we walked into our first room wreaked of smoke, there were holes all over both comforters where someone had been smoking in the room and ashing their cigarettes. There was no fridge, the pillows had dark yellow stains on them, the door frame had large exposed nails sticking up and carpet and chair looked like they had been used as a scratching board for a cat. I was traveling with my two dogs and we couldn’t stay in that room with the overwhelming smell of smoke. When we asked the front desk if we can move rooms so I didn’t get charged the $250 they were helpful, and put us in a different room that didn’t smell of smoke and was slightly cleaner. The ceiling in this room was covered in mold and the shower filled with about 4 inches of water and wouldn’t drain. I would not recommend staying here as it’s dirty and very rundown. I have stayed at the Super 8 in White River Junction a couple times in the last 10 years and never had this bad of an experience. It has gone very downhill recently.

The staff was friendly but I wish we had stayed elsewhere. Room was damp and smelled of cat urine, toilet ran endlessly every time you flushed it, sitting chair felt so grimy I didn’t want to use it, really unfortunate breakfast options. Two stars for the pleasant staff and comfortable bed.

It had the most important things we needed: the best ac, an extremely comfortable bed and the ability to bring our fur baby. The staff was very nice, and being able to grab a bowl of cereal or a bagel in the morning was a plus. Close to Putnam's Vineyard. While not it was a little pricey it was a cool place to hang out. It was also a mile from a great dog park for our girl.

Cell service did not work half the time in the room. Had to go outside to make a call and walk back in. Breakfast was free, but pretty limited -- like two kinds of bagels for food on the go.

The light didn’t work and neither did the freezer component of the refrigerator. When I needed to be moved to a new room because the toilet would not flush the front desk person said it was late and she was not a plumber. I insisted I needed a working toilet. I was eventually moved and stayed the night. I needed to extend my stay another night and was told that there were no more rooms available and that I was too difficult. I’m went online and booked. There was nothing they could do and since my reservation went through they obviously lied. The magnetism of my room key card failed to work and once again I was chastised for asking for it to be corrected. Along with asking for an ice bucket which was not present in my room. I asked for a 7 am wake up call and never received one. The TV time and channels did not remotely correspond to the card left in the room. Everyone except the cleaning staff were rude and seemed totally put out by what I deemed were reasonable requests. The room hair dryer also failed to work - emitting a burning smell after 60 seconds of operation and then failed to ever work again. Clean and safe but would never return unless there was no other choice.

Ok for the price.

Crummy and beat up old Super 8. Really tired and not taken care of. Not the best motel experience I've had. Not was it terrible. Fine as a last resort. Lots of broken and worn and rickety stuff. Bed was comfortable though.

The staff was great and the room was clean
