It's old and dirty. The AC unit in my room was filthy so I can only imagine how bad the air quality was but it was too warm not to run it. The rear parking area wreaked of weed. I'm fairly certain the homeless were using the laundry facilities.

The room we booked was not cleaned after the previous tenant -- dirty shower, dirty towels. The desk clerk told us they were full and she would refund our money. She then offered to put us in another room (a last-minute cancellation) which had no refrigerator. After taking a look at that equally dismal room, we decided to go for the refund and went elsewhere.

Property is extremely run-down. Huge stains in the carpeting, chipped surfaces, moldy caulking in the shower, stained toilet, loose exterior steps to get up to the second floor. I will say it was quiet, so there was that. Sketchy-looking people seen wandering around.

Toilet was running when I arrived due to a caught chain which I fixed. Bed and bedding was ok but very short for a tall person. I spent the night curled up. TV time was wrong….. several hours ahead of actual time. breakfast room was dirty and unkept.

First room smelled of dog and stained. 2nd room much better but… TV didn’t work, light and phone at desk didn’t work. No soap at sink and bath tub had body hair in it. Nothing healthy to eat at the flimsy breakfast.

Location….backyard sitting area w/picnic table. I did like that they had decent coffee 24 seven and I even got a good fresh cup at 10 PM. Disappointed in Wyndham brand. Needs much help- renovation. Uncomfortable beds( I tried both). Room temp difficult to regulate. Breakfast -would have liked bread for toast. I thought the waffles were rather stale.. Bathroom toilet flusher was broken, tho it did work. Nut it kept falling out of the hole. All in all I have changed my opinion of Wyndham hotels.

Breakfast??? The unit was dirty and smelled very strongly of dog. I didn’t dare walk in my socks or bare feet lest u stick to the rug. This property is really a dump, and I paid way too much to stay there. I was uncomfortable right from the start after seeing the condition of the property and people who reside there full time. I was hesitant to park my car in the dark parking lot behind the building, and felt that the residents were watching everything I did when entering.
