Well when we first arrived the hotel was outdated and musty feeling. The attendant at the front desk was rude to us. Didn’t give us any directions on where our room was and this hotel is a maze not a standard hotel. The swimming pool was GREEN! But ok to swim in staff said so. No thank you! Finally found the room after being so turned around to discover dirty towels, dusty room, a loose tile in the bathroom floor (almost fell) and mold on the bathroom ceiling and the wrong room! Was down graded and not even told. Tried to ask front desk what happened and they said there was nothing they could do. They had no rooms available. When I booked this room days in advance. Then to top it off BED BUGS! Immediately checked out and left. Got stuck driving 2 hours! To next available hotel and this was at 1 in the morning! The entire town and surrounding towns sold out :( Do NOT recommend this hotel! Stay away if you can. Positive note was refunded for room but not taxes go figure.

Location is conveniently located off the interstate The building and facilities are dated and in need of repair. Poor air quality in the bottom rooms where it was humid and had a bad smell. Poor paint quality on doors, on ceilings and in bathroom. Very poor caulking job in bathrooms. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, hinges were loose. Room door was swollen from humidity and wouldn’t close without great force. Holes in walls in pool room. Bath towels were small. Poor facility upkeep. Not worth the cost. Won’t stay again.

Very clean and pleasant environment

Room was clean and roomy, friendly staff, bathroom had hand rails which was very useful for my husband. Previously stayed in a different hotel which was not as nice as this one. Definitely will take here again if we go back to visit.

Location and services Our room was fairly damp and smelled of room freshener or stain remover. Two faulty chairs were removed at our request bu the sensation remained.

The room I received was perfect. It was away from foot traffic and I had an outdoor way of getting into my room and taking my service dog out to go to the bathroom. The pool was amazing and I was happy I could go swimming. My only complaint would be the breakfast. My boyfriend went to the breakfast and immediately told me, I wouldn’t like it. Plus, since I have a gluten allergy there wasn’t really anything for me to eat except a yogurt and some juice. He was afraid there maybe cross contamination between the food. I didn’t want to chance it with my seizures and allergy so I opted to stay in my room and order out.

Room was satisfactory, was clean, lobby looked nice, staff was mostly friendly except when I decided to stay another night the male clerk seemed frustrated, stating I did not get the same room when I booked it on experian so he had to make some adjustments however I did book the same room. Breakfast was simple, eggs seemed to be powdered so I didn’t get any. There was plenty of parking and was a peaceful stay.

Loved this location and really enjoyed the hotel.

Facility was good but was more like an office park than a hotel Rooms on the first floor were nice but seemed like they were in basement

Its location was fine. We’ve stayed there numerous times. However, the quality was much less than we had explored before We checked into our room and found the light over the bathroom sink not working (flickering). They moved us to a new room. Very must smelling. Two towels for four guests and the keys….oh my goodness. We stayed for 3 nights and had to get new keys (magnetic) almost every time we left the room. Couldn’t get access to the building, access to the pool, or the room over and over again. The final thing is that Booking.com cited us the room at $430. I just was looking on my card regarding another matter and found they had charged me $635. Won’t be staying there again.

Booked this room based on the reviews being mostly good but the room we stayed in was very run down. It smelled very musty. The room was on the backside of the hotel and close to the interstate so it was really loud and hard to sleep. There were no other rooms available when I requested a move but the manager did provide a partial refund which was nice.

The hotel was much more run down than I expected. The room smelled bad and musty. There were no chairs or desk in the room. The remote control did not work. The pool had no towels and it had green algae growing in it. All in all, this place was pretty gross.
