The room wasn’t prepared as asked even though I had reached out in advance, the staff was helpful to find a solution. The room floor was sticky and one of the windows did have blinds

This was a poor experience for us. We went for our wedding anniversary weekend and although it had some amenities, this location was VERY outdated. Our room did not have an AC unit but a stand up fan that only blew warm air. Our soap and bath care products were watered down, which caused an allergic reaction for me. The sheets were stained and I had to request new ones. The bathroom and other parts of the room were not cleaned well as I saw things under the sink on the floor. Although the staff were nice, we will not come back to stay here. I will not recommended for others to stay here.

Great variety,good coffee and centrally located in the hotel The suite was spacious and clean, but needs. updating desperately . The furniture are worn and the place has a musty smell because it's old.

Nice location… big rooms. Nice staff. They put window air conditioners in the rooms. The air conditioning for the whole building was broken and there was no full breakfast because other equipment was broken.

All around a great place…friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, easy access to two highways. Highly recommend for families since there are rooms for more than 4 people.

We enjoyed the suite, it was a surprise that we didn’t expect. The doors to the underground parking garage were locked we couldn’t access the elevator. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, didn’t expect it to be a hot breakfast with so many options, that was awesome! Finally, loved the decaffeinated coffee, fresh ground while you wait that was another unexpected surprise that was awesome as well!! Thank you very much!

No central ac-room was hit even if given a fan Window ac provided in living room do we all crammed in there Stairway was colder than the room bc bedroom only had a fan

Not their fault, but the elevator was out.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good It just so happened the elevator was our and we were on the 4th floor. They did offer to carry our luggage though.

Room size was great. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order and walking up four flights of stairs with luggage and my family was not good. I also did not like some guests propped open doors to get into hotel. It did not make me feel safe
