Nice well appointed units. Friendly staff. Safe and secure. Beautiful beach. Very nice pool and hot tub. Can be noisy and high rises make you feel like you’re in NYC! Close to lots of great restaurants.
-
Staff was wonderful. They offered to help before we had the chance to ask. Management was extremely accommodating.

Beautiful hotel- very clean and updated. Recommend highly - nice amenities.
-
The hotel is in need of refurbishing. Mattress sagged. Some Linens and towels are stained. Sofa upholstery is stained. Wood desk and dresser are chipped. Windows are filthy.
-
Very rude staff. Front desk help virtually non existent. Rooms outdated and in need of a refresh. Very disappointed.

Great place would go again

The breakfast bar servers were so welcoming in the morning. They created a very warm vibe. Room was very comfortable. Not sure how attentive the FD people were - water jug (essential for FL summer) was not refilled very often. Often did not look up from computer when guests came through.
-
Very nice and I felt very safe
-
Room was good, no fan in the bathroom and wow was it musty and humid, the whole hotel was having an AC issue, quite hot. Looked ok but worn out.

Standard place to stay. Nice enough. One night stay. Did the job
