Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

Great location, and decent price! Close to the beach and enjoy snorkeling!

The front desk workers was real friendly especially Kevin very helpful young man. What I didn't like that there parking fees on the Marriott property I stayed in October and they did not charge I think that now it is taking away from wanting to stay there because of the extra fees in parking.

The breakfast was not included..I thought i was getting that but it was very expensive..if I knew I had to pay I would have went and had a better meal some place else

The hotel was amazing everything was very upscale looking, staff was very professional like in an upscale establishment as well. The room I booked a double Queen wasn't available I guess , they changed it to a king which turned it into a co-sleeping situation ( with my daughter )I wasn't too happy about it but it worked out she hung out all night but anyways hotel ended up comping me free parking, water juice even gave me a charger as I forgot mine.

Check in was awesome and the room was great. However, I locked my keys in my car an hour before check out and went to go wait for the locksmith in room my but my key card was already deactivated - and I had not checked out with the front desk. I had to wait in the lobby area, which normally wouldn't have been an issue except that it was swelteringly hot. Not sure if the AC was broken or if the staff turned it up for their own comfort but it was like a terrarium in there. I was so hot I began to have a panic attack and had to have my friend come meet me so I could sit in their car with AC while I waited for the locksmith

Mediocre. I did not get the room I initially booked until i complained. Then was moves to the end of the building where there were rarely any other guest seen and far from everything. I would not return

The rooms were very clean, however there was no hot water. The hotel is oaky if I would of been staying longer then one night, I would of been very disappointed.

As soon as we entered the room, we did our usual inspection and pulled back the bedding. We immediately noticed that the sheets, pillowcases, and bed skirt appeared dingy and had visible stains. This was very concerning, especially for a room that had supposedly been cleaned and prepared for new guests. We contacted housekeeping right away. Two housekeeping attendants came to inspect the bedding and agreed that it needed to be changed. While replacing the linens, they mentioned they had run out of clean sheets and would need to go to another building to find replacements. After going through approximately six sheets and multiple pillowcases, they were finally able to provide clean bedding. The room only had two pillows, so I requested two additional pillows. I was informed they would need to bring them later. I also requested a blanket/duvet, but was told none were immediately available and that they would have to locate clean ones and return later as well. While housekeeping was in the room, I pointed out several other cleanliness issues. The shower had not been cleaned properly, as soap residue was still visible on the walls and floor of the shower. The couch also had noticeable stains, which created an unclean

Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby

Hotel room was cleaned and staff was amazingly helpful.
