Everything was perfect

Friendly staff. Nice room. Decent location. No complaints.

El A/A no funcionaba y cuando solicite servicio la espera fue muy larga. La limpieza de la habitación y el baño no era buena, pudiera ser mejor

Overall, it was good; I liked it.

Excellent stay. Recommend to others.

Exceptional

Our stay at Springhill Suites was immaculate!! The staff was beyond courteous from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff...amazing!! Each interaction with staff was met with a pleasant smile and willingness to assist or provide guidance. The hotel is conveniently located where we could access the beach if we wanted to, but we were satisfied with the pool. We were able to get some shopping done at the Mall at Wellington Green. The room was a Queen studio and it was perfect for our stay as me and my partner were visiting relatives and friends in the area. There was more than ample parking on the premises. Breakfast was a very nutritious spread, with different options each day. We look forward to booking future stays at Springhill Suites, WPB for our trips in that area. Every need was met and every expectation exceeded!! Thank you!!

Poor

Suite style room was very used. Kind of smelled. Remove carpet and fabric couches to keep cleaner.

Clean room great staff

The room was spacious and comfortable

Location was very convenient; close to last minute shopping and easy access to the cruise port. But breakfast is where they shined. It was very good. Definitely would stay again.
