Red Roof Inn PLUS+ West Palm Beach

Location. Staff was nice. Carpets throughout were filthy and smelled. AC in room pushed only moist air.

There was nothing I liked about this place. When I pulled up to the hotel to check in I did not feel comfortable getting out of my vehicle. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a different hotel in the same day.

Loved the staffed they treated my family very well can’t wait to rent again!!

Hotel is infested with mold and front desk staff is very rude about it. Stay away from this place!

I do not recommend this hotel unfortunately. The entrance to lobby had a very strong odor of marijuana . We thought it would be ok once we got to the room. The odor was also strong in our room at 4 pm . We had an event to attend so we had to leave. We returned around 12am. The odor was horrible. It was too late to leave and find a better hotel. We also had our dog with us so not everyone accepts dogs. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot at 12am . The police should probably look into the parking lot activity.
