Smelly place

Hair everywhere in a room even inside fridge, drawers, tub . Dirty toilet, dirty everything . Looks like the room was used . I hope manager contact to me to discuss the terrible situation

so there was cockroach in my room an some left over finger nails i have a video

The staff was excellent though. I didn’t like the whole hotel, there is nothing to like about it, the place should be condemned. Looked a 6 rooms and they all were horrible, furniture falling apart, drawers not working, I sliced my arm on a drawer slide because it is broken and the ball bearings were laying on the floor, the bed was so used it literally had a curve like a banana, the rugs in the hallways look like they’ve never been cleaned, the stench of wet dogs permeates the whole place, the rooms have an overwhelming mold/mildew smell that gets stuck in your mouth and nose, most things are clearly worn or broken. I cannot see how the state inspectors would give the building a pass to have people stay there, it’s not a place anyone would consider inhabitable by any standards. Everywhere you look needs a lot of work, it would be easier to demolish the building and build a new one rather than renovate it. I should have taken photos to share all the disgusting things I saw

My room had black mold in the bathroom, hallway carpets stained with an awful smell. Never stay here again.

The staff members were very friendly. The room was very spacious. The unpleasant odor in the elevator, the elevator is slow. There was an unpleasant odor in the hall on the 3rd floor. It seems there's no air conditioning on the elevator and in the halls. The bathtub should be updated. The ac unit should also be updated. Please at least offer continental breakfast.

I had a late check-in I called ahead of time like early that morning and spoke to some tournament he said it was okay well I got there around 10:00 I think but the young lady that was there was a Spanish lady she wasn't so friendly she was just like very light through she just seem like she didn't care and then the Spanish boy walked in she spoke their language and she was okay with that so that made me feel uncomfortable she was more attending to what he wanted then versus what I needed so I was ready to go Customer service

It was close to where we wanted to be. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny and not the cleanest.

Roach infested, filthy, no internet, front desk advised all rooms had roaches and manager was not onsite. Left within a couple hours in the night.

Had to check out a couple days early- no money back on unused days. Then the staff doesn't care that guests are disturbed by other guests playing loud music at any time

This place is not bad bit not as shown in the pictures. Property is not optimal and the rooms are outdated. For sleep and run works for many. Not for me.

I stayed here once before 3 years ago. At that time, the facilities were decent. The rooms that I paid for smellsd like pee. Very strong odor of pee. I could not sleep because of the odor.
