Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly. The toilet was leaking. I told the staff that no one come to replace the flapper. No Conditioner in the shower. It may helpful to have translucent bottles so the house keeper can see the bottle is empty.

I had to change rooms not once, but twice because of how dirty each room was. I encountered unmade beds, cigarettes left on the couch and floor, and numerous other cleanliness issues that made the rooms unacceptable. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. When I first checked in, the front desk employee was very rude and unpleasant. As I continued to report the issues with the rooms, her attitude only got worse. After the second room was also dirty, I called the front desk and respectfully requested a refund. I explained that I wasn’t blaming her personally—I simply wasn’t comfortable staying there with my children given the condition of the rooms. Despite that, she remained uncooperative, continued to have an attitude, and made several unpleasant comments. On the other hand, the manager was very professional and understanding. He immediately processed my refund and completely understood my concerns, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues and poor customer service, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was a quick convenient stay for our one night stay prior to boarding the Margaritaville at Seas Paradise cruise ship. The front desk clerk Michelle was so very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was great, the rooms could be more disabled friendly around the toilet area, love the bbq station by the pool, the staff was very nice

Otherwise awesome place and perfect location for my trip. Highly recommend staying with them.

Cleanliness is most important for me when traveling and this property just wasn’t it. I couldn’t sleep well and used points that could have been put to better use but now I know and as a result will not stay at any Residence Inn anywhere giving my experience. Having a smoker also sitting right by an entry door wasn’t ideal also because now everyone is forced to deal with the second hand smoke without choice.

Room was clean, hallways weren’t the cleanest. Breakfast and coffee very very good. Saw 1 palmetto roach in the room. But overall happy to have a 2 bedroom suite

Everything was perfect as usual. The receptionist Michelle was a delight and very helpful.

The reception was excellent and If I may mention Ms. Michelle was excellent, she was professional and very courteous she made our first time very comforting. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Daily breakfast was someone limited in options but still tasty. The accommodation ( room) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Washers and dryers were available for purposes needed.
