Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

Absolutely loved everything about my stay here. I had different hotel i had originally booked for my stay but did not feel safe at that location. I then booked this hotel in the same day. When I went to check in they were super nice and friendly and the environment felt way safer than the previous hotel. Will definitely be staying here again

Rome had crumbs all over the floor the side of the refrigerator next to the stove had food spiders all over it very gross. The stove top had food boiled over and running down the food that the oven not good. Nobody’s doing the quality control in these rooms after they’re clean wasn’t a big deal for me but if somebody gets in there, they could have a field day with that, please check on that other than that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I appreciate it.

I recommend for solo & family travelers

Quiet. Clean. Decent breakfasts.

I had the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious and had a full kitchen. Property overall had lots of things to do and lots of things close by.

Would stay here again

Everything was wonderful

I would comment on the breakfast but there was none available. Said it was until 9:30 on the weekends yet they “ran out” before 9 am. Never freshened up our room even when we had asked. We came because of a baseball tournament. Due to weather, many games were being pushed. We decided to book an extra night in case we played. The tournament ended up being canceled an hour later, yet we were not able to get a refund or credits we got $25 off taken the night that we did not stay… only reason it’s 2 stars is because of the guy at the front desk. He was great, tried his best to accommodate. He said yes to the refund, but the other lady that was there denied it. Very disappointed in the experience. Price was great, location was ok, everything else was bad. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. We have back to back tournaments but will not be staying here.

Breakfast great. Rooms so large. Nothing!

Exceptional

Everything

The manager Joycelin and Orlando were amazing staff and helped answer all our questions. Had a great time at the pool and the one bedroom condo like feel was great for my family of 4. Slept comfortably.

Exceptional

Exceptional

It was a little run down and the staff was okay, but not as professional as the other Residence Inn propertiea. The one exception was a man who offered a laundry bin on wheels to help me carry a heavy cooler when no luggage carts were availabl.

Superb

I loved the staff. They were nice and friendly. They made sure that me and my family was well taken care of. Also, the area was quiet and clean. The only issue I had was the chair bed it was very uncomfortable. You could feel the bed spring coming through it. Please ensure that it is change.
