Location Most of the staff were very nice, but George was not welcoming at all. The hotel was under construction the entire time we were there. Mainly the first floor and the parking lot.

My initial impression of this hotel was poor. The hotel exterior had tons of cars with 24 hour notices because they’ve been parked too long. There was tons of dogs barking. When we initially checked in, we received our room key and the elevator had tape inside and padding. When we walked into our hotel room it smelled of smoke. It was so bad we took the stairs down and then asked to switch rooms. When we switched to the new room, the shower wasn’t draining. Honestly, overall such a poor experience. I’m so thankful I didn’t take my children with me because I would have bailed sooner.

Found a roach in the bathroom. Bad odor. No shampoo or conditioner. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The walls and paint were in poor condition, with visible cracks and signs of age. It made the room feel old and not very well maintained.

The location for this hotel was central. The hotel offers limited amenities because it is an extended stay site, but any kitchenware needed could be requested of the front desk and they would bring it up. Bed was good, bathroom fine, no shortage of hot water. Be aware they are starting a massive remodel. Internet was awkward to get into-should be fixed because it is very solvable. A slip inside the key folio with the interest instructions would have saved frustration on my part

Roaches in the room and hallways

The hallway stunk of garbage and cat/dog poop so bad we had to cover our noses to get to our room. The outside had trash and broken glass right out dront and garbage throughout the area. The room was cleab but carpet was very dirty. While we were there a woman was overdosing in deugs and there were police and emt and ambulance there. It was not very quiet so we had to leave the tv on all day and night.

All is great , maybe better breakfast selections but overall great hotel!

The hallways smelt of weed. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. No coffee or coffee machine. Bathroom was poorly lit and there was an extremely loud exhaust fan in the bathroom.
