The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with every interaction, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was just as expected. We did not like the pool which was unfortunate, but not enough to not stay again.

Love the whole vibe the staff was amazing
-
Very central to everything and close to the freeway.
-
The only thing was it was reserved for 5 and we planned to use the pull out couch. Unfortunately no bedding was in the room! They did bring us some but it was late at night and kind of an inconvenience. Also should not be charged the $10 for parking. That really seemed like taking advantage!

My room had unclean clothing under sink. Therefore, the bathrooms are not being thoroughly cleaned. Every other detail was great!

When I first came in to check in I waited for a long time with no one insight. I then tried calling hoping someone would hear the phone and come out. Still nothing. Finally a lady came from the opposite end of the hotel with a plate of food . When she finally checked me in it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Didn't explain to me what she was charging me $100 extra for . She told me it would be $10 for parking a night . We only had 1 car but charged me for 2 (i didn't find that out until the morning I checked out) . Later on that same day we wanted assistance with purchasing items from the snack shop but again she was no where to be found. Let me tell you about the worst part. After I checked in a man walked in my room looking for linen that was clearly stacked outside my room from the last guest. I had the do not disturb sign outside my door and he still just used his key card and walked in. I told him he can't just walk in on people. He just kept saying "its okay because I'm looking for linen " . I said its not okay , what if I was in thd shower or getting changed?! Mind you I had just checked in 15mins before that . There shouldn't be any dirty linen in my room for him to gather. When we told the front desk they just said he didn't speak English well . That was their excuse. The only good thing was the gym. top brand equipment

We ended up in a ADA room as it was a last minute purchase, and it was such a great experience and very happy with the way they take care of our disabled community.

The hotel was great

Hotel vas very clean and modern. Room was well laid out and efficient. Bed was OK but we both woke up with a bit of a back ache. The sliding door to the bathroom was very heavy and ours was hard to close. It was also opaque glass and when the light was on it really lite up the darkened room. Not good when partner is trying to sleep. Parking was $10.00 a day extra but we knew about it when reserving. Breakfast was good, coffee in room was decafe only.

Good location too

Nice front desk staff!

Do not stay in Room # 224. This is a corner room and a lot of noises. 11:40pm pounding noises, did not know where they were coming from. @ 5 am Faucet dripping sound at first, woke me up, checked faucet, shower, toilet, nothing was leaking. The dripping sound turned into a water running and bubbling sound, very loud. I believe the main water discharge pipe for all the rooms above us are draining down from others taking showers, as it sounded to be located in the wall. I would stay there again.
