Kitchen service staff were awesome

The room was large and spacious. The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful. The key didn't work and the person on staff came down to help us.

They charged me $75 for my dog and it was never posted online. It would have been nice to know the animal charge before I showed up. I don't appreciate hidden charges.

We were choosing between this hotel and the one next door, and I’m really glad we picked Hampton. It was definitely the right choice. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a nice sofa bed that worked well for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Nothing

Bed and couch were very comfortable. Large room. Big shower. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Secure building. Lunch and dinner facilities are nearby. Toilet made a weird noise. TV was small. Parking charge is ridiculous given the location. Doors slam shut.

Good Location, great pool.

We stayed the hotel for the second time. In general, we enjoy the cleanliness and quiet of the room. We lived on the fourth floor. The only thing we do not like is the smell of the carpet in the hall.

The facility itself was nice and clean and bright inside. The room was a good size and a nice layout. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast time frame was nice. Checkout time at 12 was a big plus, we didn't feel rushed. We were able to eat breakfast and go back to our room and relax before Checkout. I would definitely recommend this place. The TV could've been bigger for its location in the room.

Came to stay to see a baseball game. Hotel is really close to the stadium. Our room was comfortable and nice. Overall great experience.

Staff were exceptional, rooms were very comfortable and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Definitely we will choose this chain again.

Location to shopping, food availability and event locations. Appreciates the grab n go breakfast bags were an awesome touch as well as the coffee bar, however grab n go breakfast only available the 1 day - Saturday. Breakfast was not available for the weekend at early times when we and may others were here for sports tournaments . Grab n go not available on Sunday for anyone.
