The front desk people are not friendly. The breakfast is over at 9:00 and we did not know that and showed up at 9:02 and were told it was not available. We were locked in the room and had to have the breakfast employee let us out. Very unfriendly. Housekeeping skipped one day in our room and so we had very full waste cans and no coffee next morning. Parking was on the street but we had no trouble getting a space. Shower was either ice cold or too hot—regulation not working. Hotel is way overpriced.

The Stagecoach Inn is an older property and could use some updates but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly in an old west sort of way, and there was plenty of parking.

Well mantained, roo. Room didnt include a hair dryer. Drinking water should be a courtesy (at least 2 bottles per night or offer water fountain instead). Coffee should be less diluted. Breakfast should at least include sliced ham or canadian bacon!

Hotel is old and not updated well. We arrived to a room with dirty floors and no towels only a bathmat and 2 hand towels. Bathtub was clogged and 15 min to drain.

The location couldn't have been better—just minutes from the Yellowstone park entrance and within easy walking distance of restaurants and downtown shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Stage Coach Inn to anyone visiting Yellowstone!
