Air conditioning was loud when running, making it hard to sleep. Bathroom floor wasn't very clean.

Very decorative with animal taxidermy in the foyer and stunning pictures of Yellowstone all wood surrounds highly polished and well maintained all good

Clean room and helpful staff.

The room was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Unfortunately the windows did not do anything to keep the sound of outside out. At first I thought the windows were open. That was not the case. We could hear details of conversation on the street below and part way down the block. The window treatments were a black out roller shade and screen roller shade. On thing our kids were looking forward to was the indoor pool. The pool was exceptionally cold. Another guest spoke with the front desk, who stated that they keep it at 85 and that he was the one that does that. I can confirm that it was not 85 degrees. We were only able to stay in for about 20 min because one of our kids was so cold they got blue lips. The rooms must have been remodeled as they had not been finished. The weekend day manager was a bit less customer friendly than was expected. He may have been having a rough couple days. The carpet in the lobby was a dirty. The decor of the lobby was spot on though. In the end we were greatful that the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the Air conditioner worked and the shower worked and drained.

Property was nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast could have been better.

Nice to have a underground garage. The soap/shampoo/conditioner were not up to par. Breakfast could be better (for the money spent on the stay). Nice location, near everything (walking distance).

Very close to the west gate of yellowstone. Very convenient and close to restaurants and markets. Enjoyed our 4days stay.

The staff is friendly and also knowledgeable about Yellowstone. The park itself is around the corner from the hotel. Quiet, clean, free breakfast. We are a family of 3 and were totally satisfied.

Room clean and laundry convenient and inexpensive

Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but it was good. I would suggest that if you don’t want to hear everything your neighbors are doing, get a room on the second floor. First night-we could hear running around and loud bangs, like they were dropping things. The second night the same- we kindly asked the front desk to please ask them to stop dropping things. That didn’t help at all. We had neighbors on each side of us who kept knocking on each other’s doors.

This hotel is in an excellent location to the West entrance to Yellowstone. It is clean but could use a little updating.

I will say, it was only minutes to the park entrance which made the smaller rooms almost worth it. And there are some great places to eat within walking distance so the location is fantastic.

Our room had a smell to it like it had been damp and not cleaned properly.

Awesome even have board games to play with family
