No amenities, not handicap accessible. If you're looking for a quick overnight stay, this is good.

Parking lot convenient. Staff helpful. Rooms were clean.

The location was great for us visiting family in the area. The staff is always very accommodating.

We chose this Inn because there is a train stop and parking lot in town. Super easy ro get into Boston from here, but still far enough out not to have to contend with big town traffic or big town issues.

It’s very functional and a reasonable value for the money.

It was clean and comfortable for one night but there was no closet storage area or hangars for garments. The staff we encountered was friendly but the desk is not always manned - much like an air bnb. I recommend this hotel but would like to advise about the lack of accommodation for clothing; there was no place to organize and hang clothing

Staff were very professional. The room was very clean and good size (including the bathroom). Room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Suggestion - a little bit of artwork would make the room feel a bit cozier.

The staff is very nice and responsive. When we called ahead to ask about a pack and play for our 10 month old, they said they didn't have one on-site, but the manager went out and borrowed one from another hotel. He later carried it up 2 flights of stairs to our room. He also got us a clean sheat when we noticed the one on our bed was stained. We arrived to two people slumped over and passed out in the smoking area near the front door. Shortly after we discovered there is NO ELEVATOR, which made our stay much harder as we have a 10 month old. The manager did help us carry our bags up, but we had to carry our son up and down the stairs instead of using the stroller every time we came and went. When we got to our room, we saw several big stains on the bottom sheet. After I tracked down the manager he replaced it. The vending machine in the basement accepted briefly stole my money--again, the manager was able to get me a refund. During our first night, we smelled cigarette smoke drifting into our room. Seemed like it was coming from the hallway, but the manager claimed it was coming from outside.

Parking is easy. Have stayed here several times. Nice area, great little . Will be staying there ,alot more next fall

very comfortable bed. mirror was propped up against the floor, not hung on hooks. towel bar in bath was missing. desk was minimal.

The room was so quiet and peaceful. Very close to where I had to be and lots of nifty places to shop

Good size room. Very pleasant staff. Moved me to a 1st floor room so I didn’t have to climb stairs. Convenient location. Cold refrigerator. Shower worked well. Bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Not enough parking, floor was filthy, microwave but nothing to heat water nor food in, no breakfast but kitchen in the basement.

The room was clean and it was quiet, but the parking is not too great as there are not enough spaces to accommodate all the rooms. Otherwise it was clean and no other issues

This property was good, especially for the price - clean and recently renovated (as far as I could tell). We just wanted an overnight to break ups travel and that is exactly what we got. My only complaint is that we wanted to pay upon checkin and they billed us through Hotels.com even though we gave them the cards on checkin. I would stay here again.
