Hampton Inn Boston - Westborough

Location was good, breakfast was ok.

It was easy to get food because Owen O'Leary pub is right in front of your property. Their food is excellent Keep up the good work

Clean room, good choices for breakfast and plenty of parking.

I stayed overnight for a long swim, hot shower, comfortable bed for nap and lovely onsite dinner. I was very pleased with my stay and plan to return.

Variety at breakfast, amicable staff The room got cleaned on out last day and it would’ve been nice to have a clean trash cans and extra toilet paper for a room with 3 women

I thought it was a clean & quiet atmosphere. It's not that there was any thing wrong with the property. It was my destination was a bit farther but your hotel is pet friendly & that was my priority.

This hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. This was one of the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. The restaurant across the parking lot was not only convenient but also good.

Superb

It's a strong 4 for a travel hotel. It's not a resort, and doesn't advertise itself as one. It does just what you want/need. Dogs are welcome but you saw no sign of them. They keep the property very clean. No fur balls floating around, etc. Elevators worked and never had much of a wait. Parking was fine and convenient (and free). A classic, well run, clean roadside stop that would be OK for business as well.

Breakfast was ok. Hot breakfast was not the best quality but no complaints.

Breakfast was ample and tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in good condition- not like a few Hampton Inns in Virginia that I've stayed at before. Not everyone likes Everything Bagels (garlic) in the morning. Some bagel variety would have been nice.

Do not stay near elevator. The hallway air conditioner get noisy at night

House keepers spoke no English, and never attended our room in 4 days

Nice big room, very clean, comfortable, nightlight in the bathroom, easy to locate, courteous staff. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but coffee was plentiful and good. The one bad mark I’d give this hotel was that they required me to sign up for Hilton honors in order to get Internet. I shouldn’t have to give away personal information or sign up for something I don’t want to get Internet at a hotel that I am paying for.

The sheets kept coming off the bed. The top cover is uncomfortable. The bathroom barn door doesn’t close all the way and if you were coming in from the hallway, you could see the person taking a shower. Staff should control the noise level made by guests at night. Guests were running up and down the hallway and slamming doors until after midnight.

Great place to stay

The only negative I have is the room need microwave.
