This was our first stay at Hampton Inn-Westboborough. While it would have mathched our superlative experiences at other Hampton Inns over the years in every way, and particularly the extremely well-managed complimentary breakfast, we had a very unpleasant experience with housekeeping services. We were shocked and dismayed that the bed sheets had not been replaced with clean ones in preparation for our stay and we were greeted with disgustingly stained bed linens as we prepared the bed for our night’s sleep. While the front desk was very apologetic and eager to make amends, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a rating higher than unsatisfactory for this particular booking. It is our first disappointing experience of booking through Expedia.

El punto permanente para servirse bebidas calientes, una maravilla. En la mitad del trayecto entre Boston y Worcester, entonces llegábamos fácil y rápido a las diferentes actividades en cada ciudad

There was no breakfast this morning but it was not communicated to the guests. After I checked out, the staff was enjoying the breakfast. Property was nice and parking was breezy.
