Good clean hotel. Friendly staff,

Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Front desk, particularly Ryan, was super helpful in changing rooms when the AC unit was acting up in the original room. The pantry area was a nice touch for late night snacking.

The room had a musty smell but it was clean. They charged for the water bottle, based on the price, it should have been free. You can’t use your Hilton member number for points if booked through Expedia. The keys did not work if it was near a phone and the reset didn’t work either, had to walk around the parking lot and the side and front lots were very dark, it didn’t feel too safe.

We stayed for 1 night between concert dates and the beds we so comfortable and cookies were warm

Good food, pleasant staff, clean room and clean environment

There was a lot of confusion about complimentary water at the desk. No close fast food for arriving at 10pm and not having restaurant open. Pool and workout room was awesome. Continental Breakfast not complimentary and was expensive.

Great

Everything was okay. May be if they can introduce guest to the room and demonstrate how to open the shower, that would be great!

A little outdated but clean

The room itself was comfortable overall. Although the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, it was not a major concern. The linens were fresh, clean, and very soft, and we especially appreciated the extra towels that were provided. There were, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The ceiling had noticeable stains and a slight bulge, which was somewhat distracting. Additionally, the shower water pressure fluctuated unexpectedly throughout use, making for a less consistent experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay or quick trip. While there are a few maintenance issues that could be improved, the outstanding customer service and enjoyable pool made our stay pleasant.

The front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful, but the lobby was always loud due to the church group of many kids being there.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and inviting. We stayed with 3 small children after attending their first concert. We got up the next morning and put on our bathing suits to hit the pool. We proceeded to walk through the lobby past 2 workers who saw us in our suits and said good morning. When we got into the pool area, the lifeguard promptly appeared and stated the pool was closed due to the insertion of multiple chemicals. When we asked how long before we could use the pool, the lifeguard stated “a few hours.” We walked back to our room with 3 very disappointed kids, again walking through the lobby area. I tried to move past it, but the more I thought about it, the more upset I became. I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. This was supposed to be a special weekend for my kids and I had to spend all day re-explaining to my 4 year old that we couldn’t swim because the pool was closed. This is poor judgment/business as typically places like this should put in the chemicals at night when the pool is officially closed. I did go up to the desk to explain my disappointment to the 2 workers at the desk. Both of them stated they had no idea the pool was closed. One of them was extremely apologetic and offered some complementary snacks for my kids while the other one seemed annoyed and said they didn’t know and there was nothing that could be done about it. A hotel that offers a pool should really be open on a Saturday morning. We left disappointed.

I like the property. It was well maintained. It’s no renovated. The beds are very comfortable. Just one thing when I reserved. It was included the breakfast. Then when I went there they said it’s not included and they have to pay for three persons. This is the only thing that I didn’t like because it was $200 for a night so I was expected breakfast as it says in a site
