If you use the kitchen, there is no charge for pans, flatware, glasses but you must ask for it. The extended stay hotel is a 15 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants. Avoid the north end stairwell and 1st floor exist as it sometimes has seedy people hanging out and the remains of marijuana. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Staff was prompt to exchange a soiled bed spread. Very helpful, generally. I mistakenly made the reservation one night short and the staff called and walked me through adding a night. It was very easy.

The was nothing in way of utencils, plates or even a glass in kitchen

The staff is very friendly and nice. Room is clean, but the smell inside the room is too bad, I think it comes from the sink, or perhaps the pipe system needs to be cleaned.

Out-date unit. Outside reeked of Marijuana being smoked by professionals & guests.

Traveling for work, a quick rest period. The room was clean, staff was great upon checking in as it was late. Never the less he was great.

I needed an inexpensive place in Westboro for 2 days this did work just fine. It’s not fancy, but the staff is nice and it’s well located for my purposes. Room and bathroom were decent and spacious. I couldn’t get any hot water in the bathroom sink, but I easily washed my face using the tub. The lobby was a mess under construction which was irksome, but otherwise all was fine. Breakfast is a joke but I didn’t really need it. I’ll stay there again if I want to economize.

Even though there was construction in progress, the rooms were neat, clean & quiet. The staff was very helpful & professional. :)
