You get what you pay for. The ceilings look like coffee or something was splashed across it. There was a dishwasher or something missing from the cabinet area. The cabinets were totally trashed so we didn’t use them. The bathtub was dirty and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower for a day, it apparently was the only one in the building like that. The property allows animals so there was feces all over the place outside like little bombs. Our kids didn’t want to sleep on the pullout mattress as it looked like there was urine on it. We had to use all of the blankets they provided to cover them up. It also supposedly was no smoking, but the halls reeked of it. The elevator took so long that it was almost nerve wracking that we would get stuck going up two levels. When we arrived, the first employee was helping someone and then walked away, leaving us alone. Another employee sighed, but helped us until the other came back and she passed us off. She ran the card we had originally to hold the reservation, despite her asking us what card to use and us telling her a different one. As I said, you get what you pay for. We didn’t expect five star, but don’t let pictures fool you. I would have paid more if I knew what it was really going to look like.

I was there for 2 weeks and during that time there is no maid service. You could hear everything in the other rooms. Location was great. Staff at front desk was good.

Checked in, initially given the wrong room key, room was occupied! Glad they weren’t there. Went back to the front desk, lady was apologetic and gave us the right room keys. Hallways reeked of weed and trash. Trash was overflowing in the elevator lobbies on 2nd and 3rd floors. Got into our room to find it barely cleaned. Floor appeared clean and bed made but that was about it. Kitchen had residue all over the cabinets, broken cabinets, refrigerator and other surfaces covered in a layer of greasy dust. Office chair had food residue all over it. Bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper. Folded out the sofa bed for the kids and found leftover pizza crust and food in the bed and the bed dropped dirt and food onto the floor as well. Went to call the front desk but the phone cord was cut. My one son has a bad cat allergy and was suffering bad. Looked at the sofa bed to find it covered in animal hair. I didn’t realize this place was all pet friendly, nothing during check in or booking indicated that at all nor was there an option for a non-pet room. Went back down to the front desk and was told they were out of rooms and no cleaning available so she let us out of the booking. 2 days later I still haven’t been refunded, called the hotel general manager and he was apologetic, stated a refund was made that night now it’s up to hotels.com to refund. I recommend staying away from third party booking sites as this is the fourth time I’ve had to fight to get a refund.

The room smelled like athlete foot no matter how much air freshener I sprayed. The toilet seat has stained. The floor was dirty.

Room had smears of some sort of Vaseline oil on door, couch, every lamp. You will not receive shampoo conditioner or soap. “Breakfast included” means a small surface with coffee pop tarts and nutri bars only during those bfast hours. There is a very distinct smell of what seems like a mixture of pot, dust and mold to the room. If you let the light shine in you can see the dust in the air from running the heat/air. The pull out sofa sleeper has no bedding at all and you will find a bonus of crushed chips inside when you try to open it, and don’t forget about the bonus gel like stuff on the metal bar to match the other smears. The bed is stiff and no at all comfortable. Make sure you check in either your license plate memorized bc they will make you walk back out to get it for their parking card. First Lady gave minimal effort at check in as she paused Greys Anatomy to help you. The lady at the desk when we checked out (a day and a half early) was very sweet. I’m fairly certain this particular location is for temporary living with a few “hotel suites”. Needs a huge haul of renovation. Wish I could have gotten my money back for cutting my stay short so the loss of paying a lot for a different hotel wouldn’t have felt as wasteful.

Was very clean

Rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Breakfast is pretty bare bones…

We did have a small issue with getting bedding for the couches, By midnight, I still didnt have any and I had to go down and find someone to get some. Breakfast was basic with muffins and Nutri Grain bars. They only had sweetned creamers for the coffee so if you only us half and half, bring your own! Our rooms had large fridge, stove tops, microwave and big tv! Not the worst place for sure!

This place was smelly. We got in at 12am and had to call a number to be let in. No one was there so we had to wait. The room we were given was musty and had an unpleasant smell. I am awarw that it is a low budget hotel so my expectation of a clean room was ro
