The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The pricing was reasonable. It was nice to see pups in the hotel! ☺️ The room was not clean. The sheets and pillows themselves had stains on them. In the bathroom there was some kind of gunk on the walls and door. When we opened one of the drawers in the kitchen area it completely came off instead of opening. The fridge door was very loud and sticky when opening but it kept things cold, so hey! When we pulled the night stand away to use an outlet the entire outlet cover fell onto the floor. We decided to not even use it. For safety sake. The top swing lock on the door was also loose.

Breakfast It was a mouse in our room and nobody comes to help us, even tought we asked to the staff, there’s no daily cleaning, we needed to ask for a towels change, the sink was damaged, all the water drops in the floor and the smells of substances was disgustingly

Nothing The hotel attendant that checked us.. First I was there to go back to hospital after a liver transplant.. we appeared Tues evening me and my daughter after about 10 min the person came out of the back and didn't even greet us. So my daughter said we want to check in .. the lady said I need both id's so I handing her mine my daughter said why do you need mine I didn't rent the room my mother well no response so my simply asked again and the lady was telling my daughter you are being extremely rude yelling this to her well my daughter shut up and handed her id well I'm in a wheelchair and I put my hand out to get my id and she put. It down where I couldn't reach it even though my hand was right near her. My daughter mom I'll give it to you .. to h en she did the same thing with my daughter id.. all the lady keep saying to her uus are very rude .. then she looks at me and asked for my card I stated it's already paid in full but at first she tried calling me a liar so I pulled up the reservation and showed her so instead of looking at it she started to scroll it so I asked to stop and told to to scroll down it was listed after price paid in full. So we finally got to the room she brought us the sheets for pullout even though we stated we didn't need them she brought no pillows only a fitted sheet mattress pad a top sheet. Now my daughter went. To start supper 1 pan 1 knife 1 spoon no towels or napkins or cups so she called front desk and she stated everyone doesnt realize we are so busy there are all been given out finally the lady did appear with a pan thank goodness but once again handed it to her with a rude commit. We asked about the dishwasher and was told they were removing them all that was fine except nothing was posted about it and there wasn't any dish soap to wash them with. Very poorly supplies. I reserved there because it stated the room was fully stocked and they had a dishwater.

I think it was a very good value for the price.

Lots of parking It smelled like cigarettes inside and out, even though the staff said it was a non smoking building it must have been in the past. I wore a face mask in my room it was so bad.

Immediately upon arrival I was already feeling off about the location. In my very honest opinion I felt as if I was at a half way house. I did not feel safe. The reception area did not feel welcoming. I thought things would change once I got to the room. The couch in the room was full of mystery stains as well on the bedding. I immediately checked out. After a long drive…. This was very upsetting.

Minimal amenities. No pots, pan, dishes, glasses, or silverware in the rooms - apparently you need to request these first, which is an inconvenience. Well maintained hotel, but bare bones everything. Breakfast is a joke.
