This hotel is good for truckers, a single night stay with pets, or guys going to a sports event. No frills, no Maintenance for rooms, and Housekeeping only Tues. & Fri. for extended stays. And if you need toilet paper, you must drive to the Front office.
-
Free parking is a plus Very non-smoking- great for asthmatics, like me!

All good, help full friendly staff.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would.
-
There was no fridge in the home.

Good front desk staff - attentive and take care of things efficiently. Property is a bit beat up. Some rooms I've stayed in have been work down. Worn doors - stains in bathroom tub, cracks. It's overdue for renovation and clean up. One room on floor level had bugs.
-
The hotel needs some work. The room was dull and old and some cracks in the wall and ceiling. Staff was nice and pleasant.
-
The superior room had all the basics we needed including a fridge and microwave. Staff was accommodating with our request for a ground floor room. Room was clean. Bathtub was old and cracked around the drain (but functional), one drawer was nailed shut (but we didn’t need it).
-
The bed was comfortable and the main room was clean The bathroom was very dirty, the walls were gross, and falling apart, the tub was dirty,

Wasn't the best but did the job.

Would never ever go been to this hotel. Book a two night stay, King bed. Entered the room and the smell of bleach was so overwhelming I had to keep the door open for hours. The smell never fully went away, was awful. The tub in the bathroom was disgusting. There was a hole in the wall next to the shower. The ice machine wasn't working. Had to walk a good distance to another building to get ice. Asked for extra towels, said they'd be delivered, never showed. No light bulb in the lamp in the room. There was a burn hole in the comforter on the bed (in a non smoking room). Just a horrible dump all around. They moved me after I mentioned all of the issues after the first night, told me it was an "upgrade" to their "best" room. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, if you can that an upgrade. The shower floor was even MORE disgusting in the second room. There were fruit flies all over the shower, undoubtedly from the drain. The chair that was in the second room was stained and ripped, and the shower curtain filthy. I can't say enough bag things about this complete dump. Spoke with the "manager" of the entire property working behind the desk at once point.... He had absolutely no clue, and lied to my face about something I had discussed with another employee. Save your money, and your health.

-
The property was beautifully maintained and very clean.
-
Smelly with cockroaches running around
-
The bathroom walls had tears and the bathtub's paint was peeling off, the ice machine was non-functional and dirty, and there were no iron or coffee machine.

At the front desk is a wonderful, professional and thorough clerk whose first name is Siya. I cannot communicate in words, enough praise, and positive feedback to explain how helpful and empathetic she is with customers. I have been a frequent customer of the red roof Inn in Southborough/Worcester/Boston on Turnpike Road for several hundred previous occasions. Whenever I have a problem or issue with my booking, Siya has always worked with me to understand how bookings work, how to differentiate front desk bookings, RediReward bookings and third-party booking such as expedia.com and Hotels.com, and and has made compassionate efforts to help me book at the right times as well as use my bonus points to the greatest advantage. Beyond bookings, she has always provided professional and pleasant conversation at appropriate times in the front office; always remembering customers who are frequent guests by their first name. Furthermore, when I’ve asked if it’s possible, she has made available a hotel room corresponding with the building I prefer to stay in and the floor that is easier for me to carry my belongings, provided that I ask with an appropriate amount of advanced notice. Even more, when I have small questions, for example, needing utensils, shaving cream, napkins, or cups for my room, she has readily made them available to me. Also, when cable TV or Internet issues occur, Siya promptly contacts the provider for reset or staff Technical Support. What an excellent employee.

From the reviews I expected a clean, well maintained but no frills place. I was disappointed.
