There are always a few little things along the stay each time, as with any other place. It's more expensive than places I'd stay, but has a complete kitchenette with stove burners. They have entire kitchen packages to cook, eat & full size fridge. I color my hair, so very convenient 😊

I did not like anything about the hote, it appeared to be a half way house for people who were being released ftom prison, at least one guest was wearing a tag on his ankle. It did notmeet our expectations on any front.

Overall great stay tv channels didnt work, but that was okay. Breakfast was a joke. But ee didnt book this for the food. Quiet, staff was helpful and pleasant. No weird people.

I was attending an important event and it was only 42 degrees outside and I did NOT have access to a blow dryer, as the amenities listed indicated would be provided. This was extremely disappointing and more than inconvenient.

I booked a room 11 days in advance through booking.com, drove my 3 year old special needs son and hour and a half to Westborough, for there to be no reservation under my name because booking “oversold the number of rooms.” The clerk at the counter was extremely rude and was not at all helpful or understanding of my situation. I will not be using booking.com or Extended Stay America again.

I would recommend staying at this property...We had a great experience staying there for 9 days....close to major highways and local entertainment...Staff was helpful and great to talk with....

Mainly coffee & a few basics. Air conditioner very loud; curtains not completely darkening room; people outside our room smoking & loud @ times;mattress has seen better days!!
