Misquamicut Beach Front Inn

Wonderful property and staff, who were very helpful and communicative. The place was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. We loved the quiet time of the property that provided much needed rest after long days at the beach. Can’t wait to get back there for another beachfront vacation

Great experience! Have been using the same hotel for the last 4 years and love it!

Each room has a balcony which is great! Especially for those of us with kids that go to sleep at 7pm (we the parents could hang out on the balcony so we didn't also need to go to sleep at 7). The super close access to the private beach was lovely!

Beachfront

Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice to grab and go sit on the beach. Couldn’t have guests which was unfortunate but we knew before booking. My husband broke out in a rash on his arms our last day and so did my 4 year old who has raised pinkish bumps every where. Both slept with no shirts on and they slept in the same bed. Maybe allergic reaction from heavy chemical use washing sheets is my guess. Because of location, it’s pricey - $1400 for those 3 nights. Hose to rinse off after the beach was perfect. Porto-O-Potties for use by the beach so you don’t have to run sandy to your room. Families should also understand the partying and fireworks that go on around the motel that isn’t their fault. We were up until midnight hearing it go on around us the first night. My 3, under ten, kids were exposed to twerking along the road. The staff was on top of people on premises though, I give him credit for trying to manage it all. This was a one time stop for us based on preference of more family oriented, quieter outside atmosphere.

Limited staff but they did warn you times when available. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Decor was so-so. Nice to have separate balcony for each room even on street side with view of pond which has the sunset view.

We loved this inn! We had our own private parking place just steps away from our room and the beach. The inn itself is older, but everything was clean and functional. All rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants too. Would definitely come back!

Loved the location and the elevator was very convenient Didn't know you can't smoke on the balcony or we wouldn't have stayed. Upon check out we asked to enjoy the beach for a few hours and they wanted to charge us $50 even though we spent over $2200 to stay there you'd think they'd not try and charge us $50 for a few hours to enjoy the beach. We'll never stay there again at least sandy shore you can smoke on the balcony and the rooms are bigger and bathrooms are updated. The shower floor creaked and felt like it was going to give way and fall through the floor. The bed was too soft.

Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out and made it difficult to properly shower. But, great motel and look forward to staying again.

The only thing I would have changed would have been having towels or chairs available for the beach - even if we had to rent them. We had to purchase some from a shop next door as we did not bring our own.

Its proximity to good places and shores Nothing maybe just an improvement like entrance to the property maybe a little bit behind
