Bad

The entire inside was dirty smelled like smoke. The walls were sticky, the floor was dirty never mopped left your feet black on the bottom. Toilet was broken. Very sketchy people stay there.
-
Really? No ice..no coffee. That is unacceptable

Disappointing

Personal deposit at front desk was not listed well on the site. I can see folks getting caught off-guard by the $100 needed. Some long-term-stay residents were sketchy.

It was clean The staff do not do their jobs. They are rude, disrespectful and steal money from you. Then refuse to pay it back. They pounded on my door like a cop at 8 am. Demanding that we were not to be in the room that we paid for. They overcharged me for a room that I booked through Booking.com. And refused to refund the money. When you call you’re lucky if someone answers. But then keep putting you on hold. When you get there. They aren’t even doing their jobs. It is the worst place I have ever dealt with. And I am 62 years old and disabled. Avoid at all cost

The room was big. The staff was horrible the night manager kept blaming me for being loud but I was sleeping and she wouldn't let me stay any longer. When I tried to explain she wouldn't let me speak and said I had an attitude. She was the one with a horrible attitude. There were 7 people in the room next to me so nosie came from there and other people were banging on the walls and floors all hours of night. So I will never go back.

The rooms don’t seem to be cleaned properly, smelled horrible as soon as you walked in. So not recommend.

Nothing much Crack heads all around and next door to our room, up all night. Beds were uncomfortable. Got no sleep

The staff at Suburban Suites were very friendly and my room was spacious and clean. During my stay, the new owners were cleaning up the outside of the hotel; making improvements in and outside the hotel; and it seemed to me that the goal was to elevate the hotel from a 2 Star Hotel to a 3 Star Hotel. The place in general is quite rundown and needs a lot of TLC and upgrades. Additionally, there were some unsavory individuals staying there, but I never felt unsafe…and everyone—no matter their personal circumstances—deserve a bed and place to stay. The rooms overall need an overhaul and general maintenance and sinks, closets, door handles, etc, need replaced. The bed was a king but definitely a cheap and squeaky bed. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient location, I recommend staying here. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers nothing more than the basics, I would find somewhere else to stay.

We were given a 3rd floor room and we had a few bags so we got in the elevator just once and then never again. It was unnerving to be in an under serviced/old rattling elevator. On my last day, it had gotten stuck with individuals inside it. Fire crew and EMTs came to rescue and treat the individuals stuck inside it. We were told by a paper taped to our door, not the front desk, the air conditioning cleaning crew would enter the room at any time 8:30-5 in a 4 day window. There is no cleaning service. We had 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 tube of shampoo which required a visit to the front desk to request more for our long stay. But then no one was at the desk when we kept checking so we just bought some nearby. Fridge is full sized which is nice, there’s a microwave and sink but no utensils or supplies so that wasn’t helpful. The beds move when you sit on them. Sleep was dependent on neighbors yelling or dogs barking all hours of the night. Be careful where you step outside, not everyone cleans up after their dogs. Internet that’s useful is $17 a week, the free one is very slow. There is one deadbolt on the door, the latch at the top had been removed and the door didn’t totally shut so it felt unsafe at times. Won’t stay again.

Location Smells. Dog pee in hallways. Garbage not taken out in 7 days. People lived her. RV parked in back. No towels. No tv. Someone took Roku stick before we got there

This run down, miserable "hotel" should be avoided by anyone wishing a clean, quiet, reputable lodging. With one exception: were you just released from jail, you might find this a wonderful spot to move any worldly belongings into and call it home. The only exception was the staff. A team of friendly and helpful people, they clearly are doing the best they can under these circumstances. This place should be stripped of any licenses they hold and be raised and erased from memory. The noise above me and next to me never ended. That I had two AA batteries under the masking tape in my TV remote apparently meant that I was one of the lucky ones. This was the worst place I have ever seen.

Pictured it was disgusting and had people living there. I was pretty sure a drug deal was going down when I got there. I stayed there 1 night and had to leave. This place is not safe for families!!
