Uptown Suites Extended Stay Denver CO – Westminster

The property was clean and functional. I found the listing to be very misleading about a few key details though. The rooms show a kitchen but there is no mention of the fact that you need to provide all kitchen supplies to use the kitchen for any cooking. This is the first property that I have encountered this with and found it very disappointing as I selected the property because it had a small kitchen in the room and was unable to use more than the refrigerator to store a few things. Secondly, I was charged a separate fee that was not listed as part of my reservation, the day before I arrived. I was told at checkout that it would be refunded but it has been a week and I have yet to see any such refund. If staying at this property ensure you are fully informed of the so called fine print so you don't have any unexpected surprises.

Exceptional

The price was good. It has a refrigerator and a stove top. There are no dishes or silverware. No pot and pans. The room is only cleaned once in 10 days. The hallway was not clean.

Staff is soo friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Very clean facility, housekeeping does an awesome job and I appreciate that as I was staying for 4 weeks. Even the maintenance man is friendly and helpful. I would def stay again and as a matter of fact… I extended my stay for 2 more weeks. Thank you staff at UpTown Suites Broomfield.

Fir what it was, it was fine. The rooms are extremely small. The staff was strict and ran the place very tightly. T I e result was a clean, safe stay.

Really great property - clean, comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and very helpful and friendly staff. I do wish the rooms came equipped with dishes/utensils, but understand that's expensive and hard to maintain because guests frequently take them... But overall a really great facility for extended stays - which is hard to find!

Front desk were very friendly. Exterior property is very nice. The inside is dated and needs some TLC. The drain in our shower was draining very very slowly so that was unpleasant.

This Hotel is one of my favorites the staff is always helpful they always treat me well personally I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

The staff was good but one staff member gave me the round around to renew my stay. The kitchenette was really good and I could cook like eggs and clean up was easy. The price to pay to do laundry was excellent.

Rooms were clean, ample parking for guests, friendly staff, convenient location. Very reasonable rate! Highly recommend!

Poor

Loved having the kitchen and full fridge, a/c worked great and Starbucks next door was a hige bonus. They only clean your room once a week but will give you toilet paper, towels and garbage bags if you need. Laundry on site is really nice too. People obviously live there and sometimes at night there were men hanging around the front desk that made us uncomfortable.

Stayed for the week for softball tournament. Very convenient location to everything. Will definitely stay again!!!

Pack your cleaning supplies, and everything you’d need for a kitchen you’ll have to bring that too. For advertising a kitchenette they provide nothing to utilize it, no pans, dishes, utensils, nada! We tried to check out the night we arrived but the room was NOT refundable. You have to say 7 days to get housekeeping (not disclosed at check in), the room was disgusting we had to buy cleaning supplies to make it bearable. This place was one step above a tent so that was great, running water was a plus. I would not recommend for families. Lastly the mouse traps in the rooms were concerning, when asked about the traps we were told oh those are “preventable”!!! To the mice? Being preventable would be to start with cleaning, they probably would t need the traps if they cleaned on the regular. Anyways, over all terrible and will not recommend or book at this hotel.

2nd time I stayed at this location. Really appreciate the polite and helpful staff. Feel very safe and comfortable in the spacious room with kitchen.

Family of five with 3 kids. It was nice to be able to cook dinner most nights and have prepped fruits/snacks for the kids. We were able to grab a broom from dollar tree to keep things swept up as they only offer housekeeping once a week. We were able to ask for replacement amenities as needed towels/garbage bags. You do have to dump your own trash which we had to do at least 3 times in a week :) Good water pressure, comfy beds, mattresses are fully encased with a protector. A lot of walkable places too like Starbucks/sushi/bar and grill/sandwich place.
