Rooms were clean, ample parking for guests, friendly staff, convenient location. Very reasonable rate! Highly recommend!

Pack your cleaning supplies, and everything you’d need for a kitchen you’ll have to bring that too. For advertising a kitchenette they provide nothing to utilize it, no pans, dishes, utensils, nada! We tried to check out the night we arrived but the room was NOT refundable. You have to say 7 days to get housekeeping (not disclosed at check in), the room was disgusting we had to buy cleaning supplies to make it bearable. This place was one step above a tent so that was great, running water was a plus. I would not recommend for families. Lastly the mouse traps in the rooms were concerning, when asked about the traps we were told oh those are “preventable”!!! To the mice? Being preventable would be to start with cleaning, they probably would t need the traps if they cleaned on the regular. Anyways, over all terrible and will not recommend or book at this hotel.

2nd time I stayed at this location. Really appreciate the polite and helpful staff. Feel very safe and comfortable in the spacious room with kitchen.

Family of five with 3 kids. It was nice to be able to cook dinner most nights and have prepped fruits/snacks for the kids. We were able to grab a broom from dollar tree to keep things swept up as they only offer housekeeping once a week. We were able to ask for replacement amenities as needed towels/garbage bags. You do have to dump your own trash which we had to do at least 3 times in a week :) Good water pressure, comfy beds, mattresses are fully encased with a protector. A lot of walkable places too like Starbucks/sushi/bar and grill/sandwich place.

I would have given them 5 stars but the water valve in the shower was broken. The woman at the desk promised she would have the problem resolved for the next tenant. Overall, the property and the staff were perfect. Also, there are several restaurant options and a sports bar within walking distance of the hotel.

Suite was clean, had a queen bed with dining area, kitchen (including full size fridge), and bathroom. As others noted, there are no cooking utensils provided, aside from a k cup coffee machine. Very clean and comfortable, and pets are allowed. Lobby also has a small gym and laundry room, strip malls next to hotel provided several convenient restaurant options.

They provide a weekly cleaning schedule for those staying for longer periods of time. Location is great there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the highway. Residents are quiet and respectful. They have laundry facilities. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We returned to Uptown Suites because the room is so clean and comfortable and the staff members are friendly and very helpful. Also, it is in a very nice location. We look forward to returning!

Friendly staff and easily accessible to restaurants/bars, convenience stores, and a bus route/main bus stop just down the road. Grocery and super/department stores are a short drive, ride-share, or bus in either direction off 120th. There are also several hikes you can take in several directions from the hotel. I did use the laundry facilities once, but 3 of the 4 dryers did not dry my clothes and I opted not to reach out to a 3rd party to get a refund as it’s not managed by the hotel. Also, the towels are not soft and pretty cheap, so I’m using my own. Overall, I would recommend checking this place out and staying here. It’s definitely not a high-end place if that’s your preference, but certainly works for me!

The person at check in was extremely nice. The rooms were spacious and had just enough color and character to make our stay special.

I really enjoyed looking at the sunrise and sunset every day. I do wish the staff could have been more friendly as well as the kitchens having more utilities.
