It was exactly what I expected it to be. Kitchen was nice. No water pressure was my only complaint

No deposit required, ask about the TV. I tried it, but I didn't want to pay for an application to watch TV, after the first three days. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The amenities are excellent, it has a kitchenette, a dining room with a a L shaped sofa and a padded chair with wheels. A small round table, a closet with hangers for your clothes. A bench in front of the kitchenette, with two drawers underneath. Another space you can also use as a closet, and it has a lot of shelves. The night stands have two drawers, the kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, two burners, and a small sink. There is a lot of storage space in the kitchenette. Room service is once a week, unless you requested. The other handicap accessible rooms that have the sofa in front of the TV. It also has a microwave in those rooms, that I think it's accessible for handicap people. I think the accessible rooms provide a roll in shower. The rooms are very clean and nice. They provide towels and some hangers, but no cooking supplies. The have a lot of parking. The laundry only cost 2.25 to wash and 2.25 to dry, they give quarters in exchange for dollar bills, so you can wash and dry. They also exchange towels, and give you trash bags for both the kitchenette, and the bathroom, they also provide toilet paper.

Front desk was informative about the use and strict things, about your pet deposit if staying longer. The rooms were nice. They have a housekeeper come once a week.or if you need things. Enough towels. And staff was very nice.

The property was clean and functional. I found the listing to be very misleading about a few key details though. The rooms show a kitchen but there is no mention of the fact that you need to provide all kitchen supplies to use the kitchen for any cooking. This is the first property that I have encountered this with and found it very disappointing as I selected the property because it had a small kitchen in the room and was unable to use more than the refrigerator to store a few things. Secondly, I was charged a separate fee that was not listed as part of my reservation, the day before I arrived. I was told at checkout that it would be refunded but it has been a week and I have yet to see any such refund. If staying at this property ensure you are fully informed of the so called fine print so you don't have any unexpected surprises.

The price was good. It has a refrigerator and a stove top. There are no dishes or silverware. No pot and pans. The room is only cleaned once in 10 days. The hallway was not clean.
