The morning staff, the concierge, was very warm and helpful. The room was clean and the beds fairly comfortable. Pillows are also comfortable. The location is further from the airport than stated. It is about a 1/2 hour drive when traffic is good. The name of the hotel is misleading; the hotel is not in Oakbrook. Its location in a retail area is actually hard to find from the street, so a driver unfamiliar with the location might have trouble finding the hotel. The concierge on check-in was struggling with the check-in process because of technical reasons. Finally, the facilities in the bathroom need some attention. The toilet was not stable it rocked when seated upon. The drain was slow in the shower, and the drain plug was rickety. The TV entertainment set up required some technical skill and did not provide much. For additional channels, you need to log into your own home accounts. Breakfast sausages and eggs did not look very appetizing.

Now the drive way and entrance isn't easy to find. Google map mislead and had to detour and find the entrance - thru and behind a restaurant parking. Room was small but clean. Bathroom towels had dirty rag smell. Shower gell dispensers were not too bad but felt too cheap. Has microwave and a fridge. Light breakfast was hot and well supplied. I'll give around 8/10 star.

The pleasant breakfast hostess prepared made to order omelettes! By far best free hotel breakfast we've had.

I paid for a King bed but upon arrival they only had double Queen beds available. I asked about it and was told they were options in the basement. I've never in my life been in a hotel room that was in a basement but I decided to check it out. The smell from downstairs was like a mixture of pool and mold smells. The room was not clean. Pee stains on the seat and the smell made my throat ache from breathing in whatever it was. It also smelled like pee in the room. I left that room and the staff was very nice to put me back in another double queen room. Don't think I'll pick this spot again for the price paid.

The hotel is a bit older but for the price this was a great deal. Very clean room. Great breakfast and helpful staff

Dirty, smelly, dark, noisy. We just want to sleep and go. We skitter breakfast because we didn’t want to experience another problem.

hot water in shower, too hot hard to regulate. Shower was not perfect but no too bad that we couldn't manage.

No variety of dumbbells either, just for 200 lb person.

It's not the fanciest hotel but it is the best deal on a good and clean hotel in the Chicago suburbs.
