Best Western Oakbrook Inn

Very clean and very quiet I will definitely stay here again. And the breakfast was delicious

Overall good value for the money.

It's not the fanciest hotel but it is the best deal on a good and clean hotel in the Chicago suburbs.

Clean room. Very nice made to order omelettes at breakfast. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was kind. Roaches... little baby roaches crawling around the dining area. The towels and sheets seemed dingy and the outlets were not working in the bathroom because they were detached from the wall

Location Outside of the property was unkept

The location area was nice for sure The room was unclean with public hairs in the hot tub and shower area the floor was un sweep and the bed cover had a cigarette burn on it

Hotel was nice enough. The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 72 degrees no matter what I did. The shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor. It was adequate for one night. Wouldn’t pick it again if I had the chance.

Breakfast was great. None...went beyond my expectations...keep it up.

Had real eggs cooked for you by order. Nice

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The property is outdated and need new appliances. There were a lot of rust in the bathroom.

The room was super clean, the staff is amazing and super friendly. The breakfast is amazing you have to try the build your omelette. Always a great experience

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was very nice.

But the bathroom was ok (minus the floor) Shower good and hot. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the create your own omelettes. The woman working the breakfast was super sweet. All of the front desk staff were friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would most likely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from adjacent rooms. Bad idea to put laminemt floors in upper rooms as it sounds like a herd of ele0hants over head!

Convenient location for us, as we needed to be close to Hinsdale. The room has everything you may need, a small refrigerator, hair drier, coffee machine, iron table and iron. So it serves the purpose. We had breakfast included but didn't try it as we didn't have time. The staff is helpful and always smiling, makes you feel good NA
