Best Western Oakbrook Inn

The TV didn't work. Place was clean, kind of old, but clean. Check-in was very nice.

The hit tub room is great for the price.

The property was beautiful & clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was great !! Next stay I'll share pictures of the beautiful rooms. Although the property was clean ... kinda pricey to have roaches in the bathroom of my hotel room. Nonetheless, still had a pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was a little confused when we first checked in, but we got it straightened out.

Cockroaches. There were roaches everywhere. In the room, in the dining room, in the hallways.

I like the hot,tub & how clean it was Every time I come there it's the same breakfast, sausage damn can I get some bacon, eggs, grits? And please change the omletes up add meat to them. And stop cooking for the employees that work there we are the guest not them

Room needed alot of maintenance - smoke detector was missing from ceiling - the window in the room did not completely close and you could hear alot of noise from outside - when it started raining, there was a lot of water entering from around the air conditioning unit onto the floor. The security lock on the room door was not functioning properly due to not being tight to the door frame and lastly the toilet was not secured tightly to the floor and had a broken toilet seat.

Room was decent but the individuals who stayed next to us were extremely loud and it was difficult to sleep. Staff was the best part of this stay.
