The room had a bad smell. The hotel is old and needs maintenance and more attention.

the property was not very clean. the rooms were old and worn out.repairs to walls and doors started but left unfinished. I paid for a courtyard view but the window was so old and fogged over we couldn't see out it. the small patio off our room was filthy and had cigarette butts all over the ground. the outside chairs were so dirty you couldn't sit in them. the pool was very cloudy and cold. the hallways did not have air-conditioning and it was very hot. the temps outside were in the 90's. the air in the rooms did work. I asked for towels and didn't receive them and when we asked the desk for them no apology or anything. front desk staff was not rude but not friendly nor concerned for the guests at all. very noisy neighbors and front desk did try to calm them down after I had to tell them the room number of where the noise was coming from at 3:15 in the morning. This is not a cut rate hotel, very pricy, I felt ($160 a night), for what it was. didn't try the breakfast somewhat afraid to eat their food. Outside doors were to be locked at 10 pm but they were not locked. not very secure! NEVER, NEVER stay there!!! very bad!!

Although this hotel was not up to my standards, the customer service was that Sam provided phenomenal

Dirty rooms with holes in the wall, I had to change mine as soon as I checked in. Cobwebs and bugs in several of the hallway light fixtures, spots on walls in rooms and hallways, filthy bathrooms in the lobby, spots and stains on floors and unsecured side entrance doors that don't lock.

Location, cleanliness, Other guests talking loudly 2am in the hallway.

The property looked very nice on the outside. Room was spacious, bed/pillows good. Breakfast had ok selection. Room looked renovated but the workmanship in bathroom was sloppy and made it look unappealing. Good location, safe and quiet.

The hot tub literally started spraying all over the room staff gave us 3 towels to clean up water and didn’t have another room !

I liked the value and where it was located and that’s all I liked about it honestly. I didn’t like how they tried to charge me twice and then blame it on me saying I charged the room twice when I did it through third party. And it was loud and the pool closed at 9. There was a hair in the gravy and the beds and pillows were AWFUL! My back and ears hurt so much!

This is a nice place to stay if you are traveling by yourself or need to save money with a family. The rooms are definitely in a state of disrepair. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The ceiling by the bathroom had a hole and was leaking. When we got there, the carpet was wet as if it had just been cleaned which was great, what was not great was the blood stains that were by the bathroom door frame, and they looked fresh. We were not able to sleep all night because we felt unsafe.

If you are expecting a 3 star hotel the this not the one

It was a good room for what we paid for. There is no elevator on this property. The breakfast buffet was decent. We did let them know the tv in the living room area was not working. No one came and tried to fix it. The location is great. Lots of options for different cuisines in the area. I would come back for an over night stay but not a couple days like we did.

This place was NOT nice. We were desperate but it truly felt like a rent by the hour place you see depicted in movies. It was gross. Way overpriced and just reeked of desperation and bad decisions. It was cheap looking, stunk, very odd layout, and just made me feel uncomfortable, The only thing I was hoping for from the breakfast was a banana and there was zero fresh fruit. Just an overall overpriced, disappointing, uncomfortable stay.

I think they need to do some updating of their bathrooms and fixtures and better cleaning of surface spaces. I could tell it was touched but not as clean as it could be. They would benefit from a deep cleaning schedule for room fixture like lamps and headboards. Dust and junk builds up on those surfaces and does not get cleaned with each turn over and it was clear to see in this hotel. Staff was kind and willing to help all the time.
