    This art print hung deliberately sideways in our room is a metaphor for the Chicago Club Inn & Suites and its total disregard and lack of care for their hotel, but I could've just as soon included pictures of the various holes in the wall, the dead bugs in the dresser drawer, or the leftover hair in the towels. We checked in with a sense of mounting dread, as we surveyed the disrepair and dirtiness even of the lobby, sweltering in the July heat. Despite the 'No Smoking' signs posted every 10 feet, the place smells like a DEA burn pit. The pool was actually cloudy, which I don't think I've ever seen before. The bathroom had no ventilation and obviously painted over mold spots. We had ants in our room. And when I went downstairs to get 2 pillows for my kids to sleep on the 'pullout couch', I was told they "didn't have any extra pillows" in the entire hotel, which is another thing I've never encountered before. The people rating the Chicago Club Inn & Suites any higher than 2 stars must be the ones smoking all of the weed in their rooms. No shot this place would actually survive a health code inspection. Stay here at your own risk.

    I was there less than 3 hours before water started leaking down the walls and through the ceiling of the bathroom. The room above had left their tub filling. Went to alert the staff as it was an emergency. They chose to continue checking in staff instead of addressing it immediately. It was at least 20 minutes before they did. It took about 45 minutes before they gave us another room. The next room had some kind of dripping(like water) come from on corner of the room, but no visible water. It was more annoying as it was no consistent and would stop for a few minutes then it dripped faster and slower throughout the entire stay( 2 nights). Staff didn’t seem to care too much about it and didn’t look in to it at all

    I stayed there in 2005, 2010 and 2016 and just recently June 2026. First 2 times where nice and 3rd not bad carpets were dirty in hall and stairs. And June 2026 still the same old nasty hall carpets and stairs. Shower had mold around caulk. I go would go visit a friend and he said it changed hands and he lives in Westmont. Will never stay there again. Oh and marijuana smell in halls loud people after 12am empty liquor bottle in hallway

    3 Chairs in the room (no tables on either side of the BED but 2 chairs???) Not enough electrical outlets HOT TUB: some of the jets were not working at all Window Ledge (seemed dirty and dusty) TV (the Channels were out of Wack; and very "outdated". Could not use MOVIE APPS) Hotel amenities: Key Card kept going out. Had to go the desk least 4 times to reboot the key card. (NO ELEVATOR In this Establishment--2 Floors)

    Fair hotel all around. Not very good, not bad either. There's a reason it's 110 bucks and not north of 150 per night. You get what you pay for.

    The staff was nice. My Room was OK. I was scared to go to sleep because I was on the second floor and someone on my floor was fighting all night every time I tried to go to sleep the wall moved vibrated like as if someone was beating on the walls. I stayed up all night and then first thing in the morning someone is literally in the hallway fighting! This is crazy. I wanted to stay another night but at the last night just gonna leave and go stay over a relatives home.

    Location, fridge and microwave. Bed quite comfortable. Ample USB ports and plug points. No elevator or help with bags up stairs, supposed to be no smoking but room smelled of smoke. Faucet leaked, there was a puddle on the floor by the sink, shower curtain did not fit, shower faucet showed hot for cold water and cold for hot water. Corridor and room decor and carpeting old and worn.

    During the time I stayed I called ahead of time to check that my room was ready because I was going to start being on my way but he rudely ignored my question proceeded to ask when was the room for when I have already addressed it. He continued saying that there was a deposit I had no issue paying but couldn’t explain to me and hung up the phone on me. I called again to ask why he was being so rude when all I asked was if my room was ready and didn’t reply to me again and decided to basically raise his voice and say “IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH”. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and yet I have never met such a rude worker over 1 single question. As I arrive upon the room there was some things that were very misleading for example, the floors were not cleaned after my shower I saw the towel and that’s how I found out the floor wasn’t clean I lifted the towel it wasbrown I also have photos of my stay and there were certain stains left from other people being in there which I find highly disturbing especially reading the positive reviews before I got the place. The room I got with my partner was alright but why in the hell were there black specs in the hot tub when I asked ahead of time if they do a through cleaning and they said yes ?????? That’s super misleading I had to buy Lysol just to make sure it wasn’t anything weird and cleaned it myself. Personally the tub in the room was nice and all but you guys really need to keep up with your business
