This is our go to hotel whether traveling with the kids or just for a quiet weekend away from home for my husband and I. Beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful facility, great amenities. Close to all shopping and dining! Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing birthday at this birthday hotel. The staff were nice! The hotel is beautiful inside and out! The breakfast was delicious!

Clean room, clean bathroom, great breakfast, excellent staff especially Tia who went above and beyond to ensure my extended stay was comfortable. Dining room staff were also amazing. 😍

Great Breakfast, friendly/professional staff and very clean room/bathroom. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

The property and staff were very nice. The room location on ground level was perfect for our dog. The patio door went out to walkway around the pond/wooded area and property to walk our dog. The only complaint I have is we heard the next door guests until after 2 am. This happened on our stay there twice (2 different rooms). We can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Walls must be thin. Very frustrating.

Enjoyed our stay as always. Staff were very welcoming, and friendly.

Beautiful property

It’s an older property with unique architecture. The hotel is clean and quite on a pretty setting. It’s more of a convention hotel than resort. Parking is a walk, but complementary. Food was ok in the breakfast/lunch area. Offering Coke products would go along way…

We will definitely be coming back. Our entire stay was amazing and onlybtook about 45 to get to downtown Chicago

This was the second time my family stayed here for our annual week long vacation in the Chicagoland area. The original room I had requested with our planned well in advance reservations was not available due to a wedding party that was there upon our check-in. The comparable room we got was spacious and clean with plenty of storage areas to tuck away any luggage. The down feather pillows were so comfortable and the mattress was the perfect medium-firm without it feeling like 1000 other bodies slept on it previously. My family took advantage of the gym facility and was pleased with all the exercise equipment available. We did not use the restaurant/bar amenity since the food selection was limited and pricey. There was lots of other area restaurants within a 6-10 minute drive that offered better options and quality. The regular staff and housekeeping were pleasant. The things we disliked is the distance it takes to park your car away from the property-although they offer valet for a fee and the attendants were pushy if you didn’t speed up unloading your car (this was mostly due to the wedding guests arriving which they seemed to prioritize them over other regular guests), there was no microwave in the room, the fridge was tiny that barely kept anything cold and the bathroom was tiny with no circulating/working fan. You have to maneuver yourself between the toilet and the tub to open and close the door. They should knock out the door and put one in front of the double sinks area

trek to parking lot was the only negative about this property. oh, and our shower water was did not stay hot for a full shower

Dislikes: Chicago traffic, the drive to downtown.

Downside-can hear others in hallways and adjacent rooms. It was quite noisy.
