NO MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE IN ROOM!
-
Wasn’t able to check in on time stated on the reservation because my room wasn’t ready. Big inconvenience but overall it was an peaceful stay

I didn't like anything but the lobby; the rest was horrible.

Our stay was very challenging. The facility itself looked and was being repaired in different capacities. The air conditioner was not very cool woke up sweating every morning even though thermostat was set on 66. The shower was not hot at all when turned up it was lukewarm. Then returned to our room to find a roach on the back of the toilet top. Do have pics. We stayed for 4 nights at a hefty price.

AC was broken since the day I arrived. Front desk sent someone over to fix it but issue was not resolved. Spent three days sweating. I even checked out early because I couldn't take it anymore and just went to the car and take a nap there.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this DoubleTree by Hilton. My partner and I booked this trip to celebrate her birthday after she had recently lost her grandmother, hoping for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, it was anything but relaxing. When we arrived, there were no luggage carts available. I called the front desk multiple times for assistance, but no one ever answered. I even contacted Hilton Honors through the app, only to be transferred back to the hotel, where no one responded. The room itself was unacceptable. It had a bad odor, the balcony was dirty, and the balcony door lock was broken, which was a serious safety concern. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before we checked in. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the room. We felt completely ignored throughout our stay. For a Hilton property, I expected much better. This experience ruined what should have been a special birthday celebration. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have to go through what we did.

Hotel overall is very nice, but the hot water went out.
-
Breakfast was AVAILABLE- it was a buffet for a great fee and I only wanted fruit and coffee. It is a reminder that Hiltons are not my favorite establishments.

Over all the staff could do better .We called for towels because house keeping took them and did not replace them .We called down 5 times no answer once we finally got ahold of someone , we did not receive our towls .We called back 5 hours later and eventually received them .We also booked the hotel because it was a jacuzzi .The jacuzzi was not filled .This should have been stated when I asked at the front desk .

Loved our stay! It was perfect, and clean and wonderful.

It was great

My refrigerator and coffee pot were not plugged in to work. I could move the coffee pot to use. I could not move the refrigerator. Therefore my food spoiled. $25. Worth of food, I was not happy with that, since it’s advertised to have a refrigerator. I tried to call someone 3 times nobody ever answer the front desk. Checked out, front desk said she would give me points, even though i said Im sure I’m still an Honors member.

The Breakfast Was Not Good At All Power Eggs ---Also The Jacuzzi Didn't Work And Didn't Look Like The Picture On Website--- Coffee Was Also Bad To To Strong-- Pool Didn't Seem Clean---- But What Made Me Give 4stars Was Because Ann or Anna Was So Nice And Polite At The Front Desk --- Will I Stay Again Yes But Hopefully The Jacuzzi Works And The Food Is Better And Not Boxed But Actually Cooked
