The bed was fine. The location wasn't where I needed it but the wknd was sold out all over chicago. The room needs a refresh. The paint and wall paper were old, the basics were there but it was just a sad hotel

They have a nice pool but if you want to use it you have to be two people and if closes at 7 pm. The bar was excellent. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. We stayed for a week and housekeeping never emptied ur garbages. All they did was change our towels and the last day we didn’t even get new facecloths.

A lot of the doors were painted white very messy my towel bar was bent the tile on the back tub wall was a hot mess caulk , the darkening shade on the window went down but would not go back up they fixed it but the next day same thing. don't mean to be picky but these are just some of the things they could improve on

Bar patrons over capacitate parking from hotel guest some nights. Towels had hair on them, guest agent notified and replaced with one towel as if they’re on a budget. Pillow had red staining on it. Requested a new pillow and never received.

Great place to stay with bar Louie conveniently connected to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My old complaint was that house keeping knocked on my door at 7:30am and check out wasn’t until noon, other than that everything was great
