Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook by IHG

The only small issue I have is that when the air conditioner is on and the fan is on, the fan doesn’t shut off after the room has hit your desired temperature. The fan still keeps going, which was a little annoying, but other than that, I would stay here again with no problem!

Handicap parking was behind building you had to walk completely through the main level of hotel to get checked in take cart from desk go backs to parking come back through to elevators. Worse parking situation of any Holiday In. I have stayed in.

Room was clean, ac worked well. Front desk staff was alright. Breakfast was great.

Excelente desayuno y cuarto muy limpio. La piscina necesita un poco de mantenimiento pero todo perfecto.

The hotel is very good the room was clean the staff is helpful the breakfast is multi good but I paid for it , it is not included the price although other holidays inn the breakfast is included

Property is definitely dated. I would expect for a hotel close to Oak Brook mall/area would be nicer.

Great quick stay

I arrived on Sunday, they didn't clean the room until Tuesday—even though I had specifically requested it. When I returned on Tuesday at night , they had only removed the trash and done nothing else. The napkin in the floor and in the towel in the bathroom, the same the never change it And the bed sheet the same thing That’s my first time and last time booked Holiday Inn in this location

The cleaning people were very friendly. The room was clean.

Great location and hotel

Check-in line was ridiculously long. Hotel wasn't the cleanest. Staff banged loudly on door at 8am for upstairs maintainence issue and that was loud and frustrating.

I've stayed here before and this time it was a little less clean than the last. It was still comfortable enough for me and my family and we didn't spend much time there so it wasn't a big deal. The fridge could be been a little cleaner and the front lobby floors could be too. There was trash piled up in the outside trash cans but Bar Louie was very busy the 2 nights we were there. Overall not the worst stay at a hotel but not the best either. It was ok and I felt safe there with my family.

Room smelled like cigarettes. They refused to switch me to a new room. Dirty bathroom. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and it was more expensive than most other hotels in the area.

The rooms are in poor shape for a holiday inn. Rooms were not clean and air conditioning was very loud. Elevators were terribly dirty.

I just think that an additional mirror is needed in the room like a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. Many people like to do their hair,makeup and or take space up in the bathroom for someone else to shower or use the restroom

My stay ended as soon as it started. It was least then a hour into my stay when the toilet flooded. Leaving the room in puddles. I wasn’t accommodate nor was I given another room. I’m an awards member with you guys and I enjoy staying at the holiday inn. By far my worst experience with you guys!!
