The room they put us in was disgusting… The wallpaper was coming off. The bathroom had scratches on the door like someone was trying to escape in the sink was severely clogged up… There was a gentleman we’re at the front desk who was really kind and immediately switched our room. The next room was improvement, but still just not a luxury hotel. This was similar to staying at the La Quinta.

Shower should have a bath mat inside. Floor was extremely slick after it was cleaned.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Most of the staff were accommodating, however, some were not. The restaurant staff were not as friendly when I wanted to request another seating arrangement. I found their attitude being strange and unpleasant. I requested for a wake up call from the front desk staff. I never received the wake up call. A white gentlemen from the valet staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I tipped him anyways. This tactic was to make him think about the lack there of service he provided me. I requested a space in valet for after hours arrival back to the hotel. I’m a female and would arrive after 1am from an evening movie. Although, I was advised from another valet staff that wouldn’t be any problem. This hotel needs to have petty cash on hand at each bar and front desk. I was somewhat irritated by this news. Overall, my 3 nights stay was good. My advice to any traveler, make sure you always purchase the premium package. You’ll get your money’s worth. Thanks.

Had an excellent stay at le Méridien oak brook

The breakfast was good, but I don't think it was worth the money that it cost. I'm glad that we had a gift card that the front desk gave us because it was are Anniversary. I really didn't like the price of the hotel I thought it was a little pricey. But again it was are Anniversary so we thought to splurge some.

The lounge and bar on the roof top were probably the highlight. Jaime was incredible!

When I checked in I did not receive my breakfast vouchers from front desk woman who checked me in. I found out I needed them next morning when headed ninth floor and had to go lobby front desk to get them
