Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center

Room was very clean. Room rate on the website was lower than the rate I was charged. Idk if this is a bait and switch, but when I called to speak with an agent I was put on hold so he could speak with a supervisor. I was hung up on, so I called back. The next person was not nearly as eager to make me happy, and basically said "Take it or leave it" kind of attitude. I would have left it, but my gf asked for the room there.

Clean, professional staff, amazing location.

.

Great place to stay…….was disappointed with connecting to the internet

Le Méridien used to be a good location when visiting Oak Brook Center. Now it’s aging and just mediocre.

Clean rooms and convenient location to the mall and restaurants

Exceptional

Staff was really, really nice helpful.

Beautiful hotel and great location !! The rooms were great and the staff was lovely . Couldn't have picked a better place while we celebrated our engagement ❤️

Very small room and bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel again.

We loved the beds. Super comfortable. Location was very convenient. I felt like the upgrade could’ve been better

One of the best hotels in Oakbrook!!!

Comfortable, quiet and cozy hotel. Close proximity to many five star restaurants and stores

There was just one elevator. The other It was damaged

Premium room was so small. No view except the side of the hotel. Weird squeaking noise all night long. Only one elevator working.

They charged you for everything like mocrowave use and all. Some counters were dusty. Difficult to find parking all day since some mall goers park on the side of the hotel too. For that rate, i expect better room condition and stip charging for microwave. Compensate customers for the difficulty in parking. They charge too for an earlier check in.

bed horrible room not maintained place has gone downhill

Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Clean hotel

Exceptional

Shopping and restaurants nearby! Excellent location for where we going.
