Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites

Stay was just ok. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. And than my son who has autism didn't like the pattern on the carpet and cried alot. Didn't say anything because how can you fix that. Just wish the room would have been better having a toddler. Found some sewing needles on the carpet too. Won't stay there again. Couldn't use the hot tub either and breakfast cost way too much. Also smelled like weed bad. Charge you $3 for a bottle of water. Never again.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Only had one tv in a two room suite.

For my 1st 2 days the elevator wasn’t working . Only one was working so it took forever to get downstairs . Ice machine on my floor and 3 wasn’t working. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking . For a Hilton hotel I expected better but the bed was comfortable . Ac unit need more or bigger because it didn’t circulate well

Room was spacious Pull out bed was old, broken. They gave our room away, had no other room to give us besides one that didn’t fit our family. One person had to sleep on the floor.

The sleeping couch was broken. Could’ve been better.

Did not eat breakfast there cost was too high.

It was 2 staff members that was wonderful the one that checked us in and the one that served at breakfast Out dated not at all like the pictures and the manager that worked on Sunday August 9th in the morning was very rude and dismissive she needs more training her attitude trickled down to the front desk

We used the pantry for food and drinks nightly dining room for breakfast bar to play slots and have drinks our one bedroom suite is a seperated room to living area parking was easy We didnt even get to the pool or gym location supreme for shopping and restaurants close to downtown

I ordered a steak from rustant and it was cooked perfectly. Also the bartender drinks was made perfectly. 10 out of 10 for me will definitely be back soon. I liked everything about my stay there.

place was clean people were nice and professional food was good loved the pool shower leaked so bad it flooded the bathroom we asked for this to be fixed and was told it was but it wasn't shower still leaked we had to take all the towels and pout them on the floor just to shower
