Nice hotel

The staff was kind and professional. The bed was pretty comfortabe. And I appreciated that the fridge included a freezer that kept my blue ice packs pretty frozen. If the place had been closer to $99, I would have overlooked the rundown condition of the place. Also, NO BREAKFAST is included. No wonder it seemed to be mostly empty when I stayed there.

This hotel is showing its age and is in urgent need of a facelift. The wood-like paneling on the TV stand was peeling, and there was mold around the bathtub. The room wasn't necessarily dirty, but it definitely felt that way given the condition of these fixtures. The beds were also old and uncomfortable. Honestly, I was relieved we only booked one night.

Our room carpet was sticky and seemed damp. The room had a bad mildew odor.

Tired from plane flying across the world, a house keeping was banging on the door and tried to open the door when it’s locked from the inside around 11 am after being told to leave. Check out time was at noon. What’s wrong with them?

The Clarion Inn was a great place to stay for the price. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean, and the amenities were a nice touch as well. I was in town for a few days so having a microwave and a full refrigerator in the room was great. The pool was nice, a lot bigger than I expected. It is a bit outdated and the wear and tear on the fixtures and carpet in the room and throughout the hotel was very apparent, however it was still very clean and well maintained.

This hotel was very dated. The carpeting was coming up in the hallways and is dirty. The furniture in the lobby as well as the rooms was also dirty/soiled and clearly old. The restaurant on site looked like a gas station/truck stop kitchen. Weed smell was all around and people appeared to be staying longterm/living at the hotel. The hotel room was cleaned by staff well but there were just stains on the carpeting and furniture. I paid over $200 for this experience and could t believe that the rating on Expedia listed this hotel as excellent.

The hotel was just perfect and suitable for my personal needs.

A little dated, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom just needs to be updated wallpaper peeling off rust in the tub. We were there for one night good for what we needed.

Good enough for a 2 night stay. Staff was friendly

The room was decent but they need to install dehumidifiers because it was so humid in the room that even the carpet was slightly damp. Overall the room was clean (except I did find food in the Fridge from a previous guest, but the housekeeper was great about getting rid of it for me). The gym is bare bones with just a couple treadmills, a bike and some weights but the A/C didn't work at all (and again the humidity was high due to the older wall A/C units). I didn't use the pool but it appeared to be pretty nice and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and it was quiet even though it was next to a conference center/banquet hall. Overall, it was a decent place to stay with great access to stores, doggy daycare and the prairie path running path.

Everything was exactly what we need for our one night stay.

if it had continental breakfast, I would rank it higher.

Not sure what was taking place that weekend for the Hotel to have too many high schoolers staying at the Clarion. It was a noisy evening. And one can see many of them running around outside from the hotel windows. It was not the best experience nor very restful time.
