Staff was good but maintenance needs some attention.

The property was pretty clean it just seemed outdated. We were disappointed there were not any elevators as we could not do the stairs but the staff was accommodating and put us on the first floor which was helpful

The key cards stopped working constantly. The cable for the tv kept going out and it barely worked to begin with. The rooms are very loud. You can hear everything. I would only stay here if I was desperate.

We needed an early check in and we were accommodated. Bathroom and room were spotless and updated. Lobby was great. Very helpful staff.

Great pool. Older property, maintained. Nice staff.

And I know it was because of the big trade show in downtown, but almost $300 a night is just way overpriced for this medium quality hotel in a far out suburb...

The TV uses an inoperative system and we were not able to use it.

Overall the hotel smelled great! That's the most important thing. Room was comfortable and full of helpful amenities. Jenny at the front desk was very sweet and helpful when I had a issue with my key card. Staff kept everything clean and were very polite. It was the perfect stay!

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times. It's close to the friends I'm visiting. While it is a little tired looking and unquestionably understaffed, the staff there does it's best and it's almost always clean and comfortable. I paid just under $100 per night so I have no room to complain. .

The breakfast was also a big plus — fresh, filling, and a great way to start the morning before heading to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose the Clarion again for a pre-flight stay. Highly recommend!

Cob webs in the corners, carpet very dusty along the wall. Smelled like it used to be a smoking lounge 30 years ago and was never cleaned. Not maintained. Door frames busted, HVAC unit dirty and falling apart. Rug torn in places. Curtain hem ripped. Fridge was loud. Worst hotel I've stayed in...and I travel monthly for work. Do NOT recommend.

Decent rooms. Problem was they had no elevator so you had to carry your luggage up the stairs 🙁

I have a handicap so the close to door parking was outstanding. Been here before and will be back again when I return to Chicago for business.
