Clarion Inn Elmhurst - Oak Brook near I-88, I-290, I-294

The employees were nice and helpful. I still have not gotten my $75.00 deposit back yet??? The place needs an upgrade. The little gym area was nice though! The pool was big as I did see people enjoying their self there. I would not stay there again or recommend. I also have a rash from the bed me and my baby slept in😵‍💫.

The hotel was pretty good, clean, has a lot of green areas and the pool was clean. I really enjoyed it.

Clean room, staff helpful. No breakfast. Complementary coffee was available, but not to my liking. Free parking was a plus.

First of all, the whole hotel had looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in over a year. When we checked into our hotel room there were hair extensions, fake fingernails, and eyelashes stuck everywhere on the floor furniture and in the bathroom. There was a huge sticky mouse trap on the floor next to the TV covered in bugs that had gotten stuck .

Staff was helpful when our room's toilet didn't work. They were quick to give us a new room. hotel was worn but clean price was good. wall paper was peeling and marks were on the walls.

my friend and i waited about 20 minutes before the front desk receptionist was able to check us in. Also, the walls a kinda thin so you can definitely hear others in rooms beside you

You need a bell to get him out of the kitchen waited 3 minutes had to go to front desk for him to come out and take orders Did not seem liking the job no conversation Sat the food down in front of us no communication The lady working in the kitchen the night we checked in was great made us feel welcomed

Looks to be an older hotel that has been remodeled. The bathroom was great.

The traffic to where we had no parking space.

The property looks nice from the outside, but once you get inside—especially the rooms—it doesn't reflect what you're paying for. Maintenance is something they really need to improve. The rugs were old and worn, the hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the leather sofa and pillows had a certain smell. One of the towels in the bathroom smelled like it had been sitting there for a long time. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations.

Clarion Inn was the worst hotel experience I've ever endured. There were essentially zero amenities, and the overall stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

I stayed here a couple years ago for a work trip, and the property was fine, but it is so much better now. Everything was clean, quiet, and convenient for where we needed to go. They have the ability to do hot food in the kitchen, but we didn't have time that morning for them to make it. They have convenience food for on the go. The parking is free with the stay, so that is better than a lot of the hotels in the area and as you get closer to downtown.

Location is isolated Convention center at hotel and no parking. No elevator you have to grab your luggage to 2nd floor
