The staff is very friendly

I received none of the accommodations for which I asked and none of the basic services I expect out of motels. The room was dirty (included cockroaches) and room service did not come once. Towels were dirty, bathroom was dirty, etc. Furthermore, I feel on my first day here because of the hazardous and peeling floorboards. Though I told staff, no one came to speak with me because of the incident even though I already faced much difficulty waking in the first place. The room's telephone was broken as well. And if all that weren't enough, this is the first hotel in which I've stayed where there were no chairs, refrigerator or microwave. Much of the food that I had bought needed to be thrown out, thus wasting me hundreds of dollars. This is the worst motel experience I've ever had and I will not be returning. I will tell all my friends and associates to steer clear of this location.

It's proximity to the hotel that actually provided a room to me. I didn't like that my reservation was cancelled by Booking or by the property. What makes it much more ridiculous is that before I left on my DRIVE to Chicago, I went out of my way to write an email specifically saying that I would be coming in quite late and NOT to give my room away. But at 2 am, care to guess what fate awaited me when I ambled up to the front desk? So I headed on over to the InTown suites where their front desk was shuttered like some Kedzie Street bodega. Fun times. Hit up the Comfort Suites across the street. The elevator sounds like a death trap, but if you can bear some stairs, you'll have a bed!

I found cockroaches on my bed and in the bathroom

Not very clean, and not well maintained. Floors were coming up (tripping hazard), sink had no water pressure, etc.

for the price this place is amazing!! Ac is very strong, front desk is always friendly no matter whos working it, lots of parking, also very dog friendly with bags and proper disposal can in courtyard. I appreciate how house keeping loaded me up on towels!! Way more than you get anywhere else!!

After hearing gunshots and police arriving during our stay, we packed our bags. We went to talk to the receptionist & manager to let them know we felt uncomfortable and most importantly UNSAFE due to the circumstance but they said they were unable to do anything for us. We left a night before our check out date and did not get offered a refund. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The room I had was poorly maintained, chunks missing out of the floor, stains all over the walls, Doritos everywhere from someone else, just very gross. Neither ice machine worked either. Lots of people living on the staircases, lots of bottles of alcohol. There was an armed security guard in the lobby that made it feel a little safer.

Absolutely nothing about this place besides for MAYBE cheaper prices.. but you definitely get what you paid for, here. E-V-E-R-YTHING. TV remote didnt work, AC was old and dusty, also didnt cool anything because the dial was broken. My room was hot and I have asthma, and with cockroaches infesting the room, this place is a health hazard for anyone who has a hard time breathing. Horrible staff, acting as if they don't know how to do their own job, or have a superiority complex about everything. On a separate occasion, I was also flooded in one time during a bad storm, reached out to the company and have yet to hear about any status updates.
