The room smelled strongly like mold/mildew as soon as we walked in. Several of the lights didn’t work in the room, the A/C was extremely loud and rattling, and the bathroom light was also incredibly loud and one of them didn't work. The bathtub had hair in it, the finish was peeling, the toilet was questionable, and the drain didn’t hold water. The couch was also in terrible condition. The side-entry doors were another major concern. You did not need a working key card to enter through them, meaning essentially anyone could walk into the hotel from those entrances. That did not make me feel safe, especially traveling with children. The front desk staff was very dry and unhelpful. The other staff were decent. Needed two queen beds but were told they were booked, there was no effort to make accommodations or address the other issues with the room. My kids were so grossed out by the condition of the room and bathroom that they didn't even want to shower or use the bathroom. They in fact did not shower until we left for another hotel. I've stayed at other Comfort Suites in Florida and had great experiences, so I was especially disappointed with this one. For $300, I expected a clean, comfortable, well-maintained hotel. This felt more like a budget hotel and absolutely was not worth the price. It gave very much motel, I would not ever stay here again. The location was decent.

The sofa bed couldn’t be used as bed because it was old and you could feel the springs or whatever, the bath tub was clogged so water took long to drain

The room was quiet but very old and falling apart. It had a bad smell when walking in the room. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair. The blankets on the bed were stained. The lights didn't work. The knobs on the door literally fell off in my hand. There was a crack in the door so wide you could see in or out from the hallways. The couch was so stained I covered it with a blanket before we sat on it. The carpet was sticky and gross. I was shocked at how bad it was compared to the pictures on the internet.

Great for the price with a 5 people stay in one suite

We needed a place to sleep and this place was ok for our family trip to Chicago. We were charged an additional $50 and have not been able to confirm with hotel ( they do not answer their phones ) what this additional $50 was for.

Older hotel but clean. Need to fix key door access. Needed to go to office over 80% of the time for new key cards. Staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel staff was friendly. The common areas were not vacuumed. The ice machine was broken, the vending machines were out of order. We had to have our room key reset 6 different times. The bedding was clean. The hotel was dated. The breakfast was good. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern and the staff were top notch. People should come to be relaxed, enjoy a great breakfast and have a great visit. Awesome place.

The room and overall property was clean, but needs some updating and general maintenance. For instance, both side entrances had no locks that worked, which would make it easy for non-guests to enter the hotel. This is a safety concern. Staff was friendly and check-in/out was easy. Location was good as it is very close to just about anything you might need and lots of shopping/restaurants.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The temperature in hotel was very warm. Area to eat was extremely warm. Carpet throughout us dirty and disgusting.

Phone in room didn't work. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't touched - no fresh towels, trash emptied, nothing. The bathroom was the worst part - incredibly small, dirty, and outdated. Fixtures hanging out of the ceiling, so spiders on the wall. Toilets so short you almost you almost have to squat on the floor. Pool wasn't open when it was supposed to be. Our first night I told the desk worker that our show curtain rod was loose on both ends (barely attached to the wall). The rod sagging made both ends of the shower curtain to slide to the middle, not staying spread the length of the shower. This caused a mess of water all over the floor every time someone showered, and there were 4 of us. The worker said he couldn't put is in another room cause there were none available. He noted it for service the next day, asked me to mention it to the desk worker the next morning before we left for the day just to make sure it was on the list, which I did. Got back that night and the room hadn't been touched. Another night of 4 people taking showers with no shower curtain.

Very dirty floors everywhere and lumpy pillows

The room had a hole in the door where it looked like someone had punched thru it. There was a stain on the carpet in the room. Someone was smoking by the doors where you went into the facility. Not very impressed.

Staff was not a problem!!!

The stay was ok, but the TV in the bedroom did not work. After a day of complaining, I was offer another room, after all the rooms were clean. My day would not accept waiting until a room was clean, due to other appointments for that day. When I first told the front desk about the TV, I could/should have been moved then, The front desk said "wait until tomorrow, then someone would fix the TV, later to be told that the room for that night were sold out.
