It’s good for its price. We got a sizable room for just three nights and it’s great for people just stoping by for a weekend visit.

The property needs some serious updating the pool and sauna were out of service and it smelled really bad in the hallways like a mildew smell. The sofabed sheet was dirty and we asked that it be replaced and it took hours. The showerhead was filthy, there was a container left at the bedside by a previous guest and it made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. The carpet was dirty and there was a bullet hole with a crack in the window in the bathroom. The power went out and we got no thank you for our stay, the back up generator was out of order so we checked out as soon as possible because it was a hot day and there was no air conditioning with the power being out. I read the reviews and that’s why we decided to stay but we will choose to stay at Extended Stay in Romeoville where we stayed before and had no issues. I hope the owner can make needed updates and repair the pool, sauna and back up generator. You really get what you pay for.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was what I needed every morning I was there. Staff was friendly and location was great. I would stay there next time I’m in town.

I would leave a good review if the good outweighs the bad, but the miscommunication was too consistent that it makes it hard to say the stay was fully enjoyable. I chose this hotel because it was a convenient location from where my rental pick up was when I flew into O’Hare. I called the hotel prior to me booking my reservation and spoke with one of the employees and got verbal confirmation that it was fine for me to proceed with my booking. I was told that it was documented in their system that I’d be arriving when I would be arriving and that I wouldn’t run into any issues. But when I arrived, I ran into issues with checking in and after going back-and-forth I was eventually put into a room, for the time being and told that I’d get put into my real room basically later that day. That morning I stopped and checked with the front desk before I went out for the day to make sure that I wouldn’t have any issues with my room transfer. I was told that everything would be fine and that when I return from my day out that I’d be able to get my new keys to the correct room and move forward with the remainder of my stay. When I did return that evening, it was another miscommunication issue of something not being in the system about the situation with my room change. So at this point, I was just over the whole experience. Hotel was fine for a night stay, breakfast was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again for the fact that the communication between the staff was off.

The swimming pool was broken and not working

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was outdated, and one of the TVs didn’t work. There was also a strong sewer smell in the room that made it very unpleasant. I asked for an extra blanket multiple times and didn’t receive one until late that night. I also tried to cancel my second night to stay at their sister hotel that was more updated because of the issues, but the hotel refused to accommodate my request. Overall, the room needs updating, customer service could be much better, and I would not stay here again.

What can I say? Pretty much nothing works and the people who work there and/or own the place don’t care.

The location is literally on busy road and they don't have space to pull up and go inside. Yet ample space on premises. It is close to Fountain Walk for dining and other strip malls with an array of shops. I would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The staff was attentive constantly replenishing the food and cleaning the area as you ate.

Awful place. Shabby and unkempt. Staff took $250 from us at random times from our card on file. Took 2 hours to get a hold of a manager to fix it. Pool is there but not usable and something out of the backrooms. Beds are old and hard.

Arcade was non-existent and pool was "under construction." Laundry dryer was out of order, toilet flushes only if you hold down the handle, curtains were stained and had holes in them. Bed and room were comfy/mostly clean otherwise, staff was great, breakfast was good (surprisingly good coffee for a hotel). I feel bad for leaving a crap review but in the same breath, these issues were a large disappointment. We take only one big trip per year as a family that I solely pay for and we came all the way from Maine. Only reason it didn't ruin our trip was because I didn't let it and dished out more money finding "downtime" entertainment elsewhere.

When I got to my room on the first night, it was filthy. It was glaringly obvious that the sheets were left over from a previous guest, which is highly unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad, with several hairs left behind in the tub and on the floor. On top of the cleanliness issues, the room smelled strongly of cigars. The rooms are also in desperate need of an upgrade—the wallpaper is peeling and dated, and the light switches were visibly dirty. To make matters worse, this hotel is engaging in false advertising. Their listings clearly indicate that there is a pool, but there is NO pool available. According to the night staff, it has been closed for quite some time. Why advertise an amenity that doesn't exist? Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. PLEASE

It was a alright experience. We did not know we had to pay 200 for using a debit card for a deposit and the breakfast can be better. It’s mostly was the same thing every day. But it was alight.
