Tub was dirty,couch and chair were disgusting.

There was never anyone at the front desk to help us we needed assistance we checked in at midnight we had to stand in the hallway and call on the phone and wait for someone to come down and she did not look presentable at all when checking us in very very, very terrible place

The hotel was smelly, the room was smelly and dirty..The bathtub still had a ring around the tub.The carpet had a dark dirty stain and it was a horrible experience.

Room and hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I use to stay at these types of hotels for the ease of the kitchens, but over the years, they have taken away the dishes. Now you have to either bring your own, or purchase them from the front desk.

It’s okay room and one thing is problem tub drain water is slow down , some peel paint , need fresh paint and bed is hard and lousy flat pillow

Quiet and mostly clean. didn’t like using the same towel for three days.

Not clean and the shower and air conditioning not working

Once we walked in we noticed the smell of the hotel very bad. But the worst was the room. The sheets were stained, the tub was stained and the shelf in the bathroom and in the room were broken just hanging from one side. One of the dressers had a missing drawer. I won’t be coming back or staying again

First at arriving I was told dishes would have to be purchased . That was upsetting , $60 for 1 small saucer, 1 small pot , 1 cup, 1 fork , 1 spoon, 1 dinner knife , 1 spatula, 1 cooking spoon , and can opener . That’s simply goes against their motto. Also in the middle of the night I get locked out of my room ! Front desk is only certain hours . The shower-head was broke and water leaking all over the floor !

I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. It’s like they wiped down everything.

The TV wasn’t working and bedroom bed was small as hell . Power went out no room service or housekeeping come clean the room wow we was there. Quality of the room

Staff at counter was very Pleasent upon arrival. However, when I got to my room there were holes in the bathroom door, wet towels in the bathroom, floor throughout was dirty and bugs in the dresser I checked out immediately. Requested a refund the room looked very dirty and not well kept. Explained this to front desk as well .

Cockroaches!!!!!! I went to the desk to let them know and there was no reaction - they clearly know this is a problem! I was able to check out early and get a partial refund through Expedia.

Hotel was terrible tv didn’t work , wasn’t clean waited over 45 mins to be checked in. Room door was hard to open. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I didn’t stay at the property, but they charged me anyways

This was the worse experience I ever had I don’t know how they operate my key card didn’t operate I was locked out my room two days in a row and the help line didn’t help they kept lying saying someone would come help they came until the concierges work time so I will never stay at this hotel again

I booked this hotel while driving to my father's funeral because I just needed a few hours of sleep before continuing my trip. Unfortunately, I never stayed. I walked into the room, looked around for less than five minutes, turned around, and left. I accepted losing the cost of the room because there was no way I could spend the night there. The bathroom was shocking. The bathtub was covered in rust with chunks missing from it. The bathroom counter had cigarette burns all over it, and the toilet looked stained and dirty. The kitchen was just as bad, with sticky grease everywhere, damaged and missing cupboard pieces, stained walls, and an overall feeling of neglect. The chairs were ripped and heavily stained. The only positive thing I can honestly say is that the refrigerator appeared to be newer and clean. The check-in process was equally strange. If you arrive after 10 p.m., there isn't anyone working on-site. Instead, you're greeted by what looks like a prison phone where you dial 0 and wait for someone to answer and send another person over to check you in. It was an unsettling first impression before even seeing the room. I've stayed in budget hotels before and understand they won't be luxury accommodations, but there is a huge difference between being affordable and being neglected. This room felt unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely run down. Walking away and losing my money
