bathroom water does not get hot or warm. tub was stopped up. hallways carpet very dirty. just could use some clean and fresh up.

I didn’t like how the hallway mats were maintained. They were very dirty and had a strong musty smell, like wet dog. I had to run at times to my room door to avoid smelling that awful scent. However then that, the staff are super friendly and pleasant. The room is actually decent.

On top of that, the way I was treated by a morning front desk employee made the experience even worse. I accidentally left my room key in the room and simply needed another one. Instead of handling it professionally, she was rude from the beginning and told me she was going to charge me for the key. When I told her she was not going to charge me because I would give her key right back she responded with “you wanna bet?” Another guest even noticed her making faces behind my back while I was setting down some dirty sheet my baby accidentally peed on. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I needed access to the room I had paid for. Between the poor condition and cleanliness of the hotel and the way I was treated by staff, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. Also, I paid for a nonsmoking room and the room had clearly been smoked it. My babies have asthma and I’m allergic to cigarette smoke the hotel would not refund me so I could move to another hotel. They finally refunded me for two of my four nights after my interaction with the rude staff member. My husband saw the second interaction and was appalled she was treating me so badly. Don’t stay here. Cheap or not. Go elsewhere.

Broken vanity mirror in bathroom, room reeked of cigarettes , refrigerator was loud and needed replacing, hair dryer was dirty full of dirt/lint. Carpet throughout the hotel is filthy.

Place needs sum tlc but overall it was a pleasant stay.

My flight was delayed and I came to the property. They canceled my room and gave it to someone else didn’t have anywhere to stay. Didn’t accommodate me or anything while I was standing in the lobby floor was dirty. There were stains on the counter as I walked in, they have possums running around the property as well as rabbits and rats outside where I had to wait until I found another place to stay talk to management they did nothing said as their policy. If you don’t check in on time, they give their room away and charge you the full fee so they get double payment for the same room if you don’t check in on time, even if your flight is delayed or something.

Exceptional

They were very accommodating checking in then found out microwave wasn’t wrkn & was told they’d ck on it then found out maintenance guy was on vacay then ended up after sev days they actually went out & bought a sm temporary microwave for me to use bc he was on vacation for my entire 11 days. I greatly appreciated them going above & beyond! Kudos to the staff for taking care of an important issue! Would def recommend this place & it was very quiet for all the business they had.

Not much. The bed was comfortable enough. Smells very bad. The hallway carpet is filthy, the hallway smells like a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and pot. The bathroom smelled like urine. Couldn’t sit in the upholstered chair because it smelled like cigarette smoke. We opened the window to air out the sleeping area.
