Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prospect Heights by IHG

Two amenities we especially enjoyed were the complimentary breakfast and the convenient parking. It was nice not having to worry about finding a place to park, and the breakfast was well presented with a good variety of options. One suggestion would be to add waffles to the breakfast menu. Our room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Whenever we needed extra towels, they were provided promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next year. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

Food is good . The room is clean except my son found a bug on his bed sheet.

They did not clean our room in night time they change other room and the breakfast was very good

Was s great place to stay with several places to eat around. Only issue was the noise from the traffic on the highway. It was even loud on the 5th floor. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. I was ok with it. But everyone is different.

Worst experience I’ve had

Very quiet except for the traffic on Milwaukee Ave. Try to get a room on opposite side. But not much you can do about that. Good Hotel to stay at. The strip mall next door is very convenient.

Most comfortable bed ever!! We needed that after flight delays. Even though it wasn't very close to airport, it was worth it!

Everything was great

The staff are lovely and attentive.

The hotel and room were nice. The front desk staff was efficient. The breakfast needed better options. The negative is that guests on our floor were running in the hall and slamming doors at midnight. Not just once but multiple times so it wasn’t an oversight.

It’s a great hotel in a nice location with easy access to the highway and all major roads in the area. It’s it also located close to hiking trails and a park.

Full hot breakfast, plus cold items.
