Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prospect Heights by IHG

The hotel room was clean but aging a bit. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Parking was free. Our room faced the highway so traffic was noisy but we could turn on the fan which provided white noise and we slept well all night.

The are changing the windows and it was a little noisy very early in the morning. But besides that, everything was so nice and the staff so friendly!

The traffic noises are very loud which made sleeping difficult

The staff was very helpful and took care of our arrival , the building area was quiet and safe and room was very clean and the air conditioning had an advanced temperature digital controller. I will come back in the future

Really nice, experienced

This was a great stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was an issue with the air conditioner our last night. The manager was very responsive and apologized for the inconvenience. He attempted to reset the A/C twice which initially helped.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more.

There was too much noise coming through the windows. And some of the plugs were not working in the room.

Breakfast was great! Parking lot was spacious and was able to park close to door. All employees I encountered were friendly. Will stay again next time I am in area.

The front desk staff was horrible and rude if it hadn't been so late we would've went elsewhere and no ice machine or instructions on where the ice could be located we walked the floors looking
