Best Western Glenview -Chicagoland Inn and Suites

It is mostly quiet and peaceful. Cleaning service did a nice job for our room. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bananas almost every day the same. Juice and coffee were ok. Cons: Facility is old and needs upgrades: Carpeting looks 20 years old, the elevator makes a screeching noise every time the door opens, the walls need painting, the bathrooms are very small, the parking is very limited, the front desk is generally accommodating. They ran out of breakfast eggs on our last day there. Front desk didn’t seem to care when I brought it up.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Location was fantastic for a wedding at Redfield Estate. The bed was very uncomfortable. I never received a reply to my message on the app.

Clean room, Good Breakfast

I paid for two rooms and paid more than $2200 including protection plan and did not use the rooms at all as they had a very awful smell. I asked them to swop the rooms, but they said they had no available rooms left and I had to return the key to them . Afterwards they did not refund me, pls stay away from this Stincky hotel.

I was in my room less than 3 minutes and a man came in my room. I had the deadbolt locked and he still got in. Spoke little to no English he had a screwdriver and pliers. And said blinds. Closed the door and walked to the blinds. I grabbed my purse and ran out. The desk clerk also spoke little to no English so I could not speak to him and I was too scared. I went to my vehicleI booked a room at an upscale hotel and left. No inside latch is on the door at this Hotel which is a major code violation. Check for inside latches and don’t stay if there isn’t one! I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

The elevator needs to be fixed. It made a very loud noise when it opened and closed.

Had to stay here due to cancellation of flight. Got price gouged egregiously. This is America 3 huge flies in my room when I arrived at midnight exhausted

Excellent hotel to stay with your family: Very friendly staff, perfect location.

Clean sheets and simple breakfast. The beds needed to be flipped because they were getting saggy. The outside pool was a come up n for us until we got there to see that the pool was covered with a tarp. The bathroom floor was wet and needed to use the bathmat to dry it to walk in the bathroom. I asked for a room close to the elevator and was told I could stay on the first floor for less walking. Then was given the room totally at the other end of the hall away from the desk where there couldn’t have been anymore walking. Didn’t make sense!!!

Clean room/parking staff

It is a beautiful location, the rooms look good and are clean. It is clear that it has been renovated. I had the room at the back and it was noisy because the highway is very close to the hotel. If you come here ask for a room at the front, it will definitely be better.
