Having app and digital key made staying there helpful. Loved the 4 fluffy pillows. Tubi was offered for entertainment on tv

$7.00 for a soda? A bit much if you ask me. Overall a very nice stay.

Breakfast was good and the location is perfect for travel between chicago and northern suburbs First impression, the front desk had a bad attitude upon check in, next the room was not clean it had left over food still in the fridge, the toilet/shower area was so small you had to squeeze in then close the door behind you, there was rust at the bottom of the shower which was unacceptable for the cost per night, house keeping did not clean the rooms, take trash out or deliver fresh towels. This was not a good experience from a brand I frequent and use to trust. Parking fees were not disclosed on reservation.

I think the employees were very kind and did their best to accommodate. They were able to get us into two rooms during our stay. Our reservation was unable to be found and was very disorganized. On the first night we were in a room which did not meet up to what we had booked. The second night we were able to move rooms with the jetted tub like we had booked but we seen a bug crawling on the nightstand/floor that grossed us out.

Hotel is showing some signs of age. Water pressure is low, needs some updating. Carpets looking dated. Window in bedroom showing signs of weather stains (age) —Pros, accommodations are great, hotel located in quiet wooded area. Has a 90s vibe. That hotel was probably really popular then & can tell it’s hosted many weddings and conferences. 3.7 / 5

Amazing clean and well maintained older property

When checking in I waited 1.5 hours. None of the staff explained to us why we were waiting. Once we were in the process of checking in the staff asked for my card with no explanation. Did not know that there was a fee for parking until looking at my receipt. We then got to our room and realized our room was downgraded without any notice. We were supposed to have a King with a couch, but got two double beds. In the room, the fridge did not work properly unless the cabinet door was kept wide open. The microwave was also dirty. When checking out I tried to discuss this with the person on staff, but was not getting anywhere with her. I understand it was busy, but small customer service gestures can go a long way. Unfortunately, those little touches were missing, and they can make a significant difference in a customer's overall experience.

Nothing. I wish I had read more reviews. The fridge was broken, it was filled with water, debris on the side of the fridge, hair in the couch along with stains on it, refused to put our rooms near each other even though there were several prior requests. The entire system crashed at check in so they had to manually enter guests and escort them to rooms. The pantry items are almost $5.15 each for a can of soda, bag of skittles. The buffet was lacking variety and uncooked. The pictures on booking are not the actual room pictures.

Convient for our stay, good breakfast, good bar food and friendly bartender. Maids only work until about a 11am so rooms not cleaned in afternoon
-
I was charged for breakfast. Before I booked the room your website said they offered breakfast and did not make it clear it was offered for a charge until after I booked. It was misleading.

Location was great and staff was incomparable!
-
Nothing Old room Elevator broken Cleaning done too late Not clean Wrong communications at the check in
-
Nice pool. Room was a good size. Parking is available for a fee.
-
Everything was very clean and enjoyable! The only problem was the pool seemed to have to much chlorine in it.
-
Comfy bed Noise. Had to call the desk twice for noise once at midnight and again at 2:30 Am. Friday nights must be party night at this hotel. Only one evaluator was operational. Old hotel with some good updates.
