Good for value and for 1-2 days stay.

It has been a while since I stayed at a motel 6 and now I remember why. Room smelled like animal and was in poor condition. The bed was like a bowl with springs sticking into your back. A compressor of an ice machine the floor below me would click on and vibrate for 5 minutes, the off for 5, then back on continuously the whole night. Very disturbing. I will not ever stay there again...

Great staff, Clean place

The place is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the property’s location is very convenient.

Room was dirty . No mini fridge and the sheets smelled like vinegar was spilled on them

It was perfect for a quick stay, the walls were quite thin but other than that it was good.

There are no amenities in rooms, no shampoo, no lotion, no hair conditioner, no hair dryer, the only thing in the room is a small soap and a tv.

Great alternative

I paid for early check in on the app and the hotel made me pay again. I would like a refund for that. The matress was awful. laid down and about fell through. had to sleep on one side.

It's a place to stay? The room is really bare bones, just a bed, small TV, bathroom and a bar of soap. The bed was very worn out and sunk in the middle, and the room smelled very strongly of smoke. The windows were very thin (1 pane?) and the apartment next door was quite loud.

As soon as we entered the property, our issues began. As we were checking in, the lady at the front desk tried to accuse us of having an unpaid for (?) or additional guest, which was completely untrue. That night, we were settling into our room when we saw a roach run across the wall then onto our bed. We decided to let this slide since it was really the first real inconvenience. However, the next night, we had noticed a dark liquid dripping from our ceiling. We went to the front desk and expressed our concerns about the issues we had been experiencing. At first, they offered us a full refund, but then quickly retracted their claim, telling us we could either check out and get a partial refund or to “deal with it”. We tried negotiating by asking for a new room, which they wouldn’t do for us. The workers said they would check out the room, but never did. We had to clean up the mess. The staff was very unhelpful and our experience was quite disappointing.

I'm sorry I had to leave and hope I can come back

The lobby smells like weed. The front desk was not helpful, and the room was not clean. Didn’t even stay overnight.

Took me when another over booked

Our room was clean and what we needed. This is a no-frills facility, but what we needed for a quick overnight.

After being diverted to Chicago due to bad weather I was happy to find a hotel room. The front desk lady was very friendly when I checked in and I was greatful, it had been a long day! The room is basic but quite large. Close to the airport for the win.
