Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking. The bed is made up every other day and they do not change the sheets which is not good. I had to ask them twice to change the sheets once in 8 nights I stayed there thus I was disappointed.

The rooms and outside courtyard were marginally clean. I checked for bedbugs but saw no evidence, so that was a plus. But all in all, we will not be staying at this Marriott Courtyard again.

Room was clean, bed was great ,so comfortable..nice pool, really good hotel.. great front desk staff No breakfast offered for free, nothing at all. I've stayed at alot of hotels and almost all has at least a continental breakfast...would have been nice .

Nice spacious and comfy rooms. However my rooms shower was not draining properly and the AC was not working properly and my parent’s rooms toilet was continuously running. Also, they needed more towels, soaps and tissue boxes and didn’t have any tea bags. Only coffee.

Marion at the front desk was most cooperative and nice but housekeeping seems to do its own thing.

The property is a bit dated and starting to show some wear and tear. One concern I had was that a stairwell door leading outside did not latch properly unless it was slammed shut, which could be a security issue. Aside from that, I stayed for seven nights and had an overall positive, trouble-free experience.

Maid service needed improvement. In a six day stay the trash was moved twice. Used shrinking glasses were not replaced. other than that, service was excellent.

The pool was not heated.

The person who checked me in was amazing. Staff does not know where the ice machine is. In addition, extending the stay was an issue. Also my bonvoy number was not added to my stay. I don’t know if it has been added yet.
