Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Glenview/Northbrook

Very nice and comfortable- close to amenities, excellent staff. I left my iPhone accidentally in the room and they dealt with it quickly.

Room was always dirty. Housekeeping was pretty much missing in action. Management could care less! Terrible experience!

Staff friendly and helpful. The property could use some updating, but was clean and comfortable.

Housekeeping is spotty at best. I was told several different stories about how often Housekeeping was provided. One was.that a full Housekeeping of room wasnt until after the fifth night, but customer could request a refresh. In the four nights we've been here, our towels were replaced twice , glasses were never replaced, the bed was made twice and garbage was emptied twice. Unacceptable! We come to this area three times a year and this was our first and last here. I've asked to see a manager three times and he/she is never here . The carpet in rooms is so dirty, our feet bottoms were black from the carpet..simply a terrible experience and especially from a Marriott. We had much better experience at a Holiday Inn Express down the street.

Clean room , nice staff. Not very updated but it get the job done. 35 minutes from downtown. Close to target and 20 mins from a mall.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking. The bed is made up every other day and they do not change the sheets which is not good. I had to ask them twice to change the sheets once in 8 nights I stayed there thus I was disappointed.

The rooms and outside courtyard were marginally clean. I checked for bedbugs but saw no evidence, so that was a plus. But all in all, we will not be staying at this Marriott Courtyard again.
