Got charged twice for a 1 night stay . Booked through expedia. No idea why was i charged twice. Called the hotel directly and they say they will call back. Still waiting.

Our experience was not that good, The hotel is not clean, carpet had multiple visible stains and the room was smelly which would not go away. In addition, it was very noisy all the time because it is literraly on the highway.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The only issue was a drunk guest shouting until pretty late at night, which made the second floor noisy. Aside from that, the experience was very positive.

Lots of small details are overlooked. We requested maintenance our first night, no one ever showed. We requested maintenance a second time, still nothing. 2/3 elevators smelled of urine. I mentioned this to front desk, but didn't smell a difference the remainder of the trip.

1) The water was leaking from the restroom to the main room which made a nasty smell in the room. Our bags also got damped which was a major issue for us. 2) There was no housekeeping service done and the room was left untidy. 3) The sheets were torn and had several holes in them. 4) the air conditioning wasn't working properly either

The room, a suite was so so. The only place to sit (put on shoes, pants) was the sofa. No chair elsewhere or in the bed room. The shower in the bathtub was a nightmare. It was slippery and narrow, a fall hazard for sure. We stayed two nights and the second morning had no in room coffee. We then went to the lobby to fill our travel mug and they had no lobby coffee but we could buy a $5 Starbucks adjacent to the lobby.

I had a problem in the middle of the night and the night attendant was cold, indifferent, and uncaring. He treated the issue and my problem like a tasks instead of real concern for the mishap. He was Apathetic: he did not care about my problem at all.He was Cold like going through a script; lack warmth or kindness in his voice and face. Even though offered a solution he did nothing to make me feel he cared about the discomfort I had to go through switching rooms with two toddles in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this facility for families!
