Clean room staff nice. Breakfast very good. Parking good. Bed good

Shower broke and leaking. Not so good flow of water when you are taking bath. I literally hear everything that is happening in the next room

Room service to bad,

There was Black Mold in the Bathroom and the room smelled Damp, TV remote and tv didn't properly work wasn't able to switch through channels.

Fridge and microwave were good to have No conditioner for hair

Very clean room and big enough

The TV was not working and couldn't login to Netflix.

The furniture is old and beat up. They provided two towels for a 4 night stay.Worse, asking for an extra towel was like pulling teeth! Horrible place!

The property was clean and safe. It was quiet and in a good location. There was plenty of parking. Staff were polite. Breakfast was okay for one day, but not two. The price was reasonable. The bedding was clean and was not treated with scented products. The mattress was okay. That said, the carpet was old. The headboards on the bed showed visible wear. All the drawers were open when we arrived. The the edges of the furniture were chipped in multiple places exposing the wood/particle board beneath the veneer. The walls were dinged up, so the paint was chipped. The rod for the shower curtain was not properly attached to the wall at either end so it sagged. The toilet worked, but ran intermittently. The television was not easy to operate; the remote worked a lot better from about 2 feet from the tv. The outlets worked, but had been damaged so plugging in some items was a bit dicey; the cover plate was damaged and the outlet sort of sunk into the wall. The fridge worked, but the little plastic door for the freezer section was detached.

You get what you pay for

Bare minimum, if that. Even the soap bars were hardly adequate. Do better

Excellent hotel. Reasonable price. Not too far from downtown Chicago. Delicious (hot) breakfast. Staff very helpful.

They charged my card for the deposit instead of putting a hold on it and I still have not received my credit.

Furnishings were worn, parking lot was flooded, bathroom did not have enough TP, marks on the walls, not the level of stars stated.

It’s a great place to sleep and make a quick trip to the airport; the hotel looks a bit worn, but that’s just because it’s old.

The property was for lack of a better word was "tired". There was a missing cabinet door where the refrigerator was. The towels were old and tread bare. The fake leather finish was peeling on the chairs and headboard of the bed. Breakfast was limited and the time was short (just 2 hours). The curtains were torn. The office chair in our room was broken and you could not sit in it without falling out. There were three rooms in our party and the same was true for all three rooms.

I have booked this property three times in past and each time it presented less favorably. This time it finally became unacceptable. Hair in the tub, a blocked toilet, no room maintanence without request and even after requesting at 10:00 am was told it was 'too late in the day', phone non-working and ccouldn't be fixed even after a visit from a 'maintenance person', main door sprung and difficult to close, room coffee machine removed, infinitesimal soap bar the size of a quarter. Breakfast was ok except for the small styrofoam coffee cups (all others use decent size paper). Main person at front desk seemed 'hard of thinking', didn't recall me or my request from the day before until being laboriously reminded, no USB connects anywhere in room. Permanently off my list.
